Great service and food at the Taco Bell on East Oakland. I didn't get a name but the lady was kind and fast.

Everytime we come at 10 am we ask for breakfast and they’re always saying no , which they should be sued for false advertising because they literally have a big sign that says breakfast

This location has bad customer service! A man that was about 100 pounds was working behind the counter saw me waiting to place my order and let me know HE CANT TAKE MY ORDER because he is busy!!! Usually fast food places are not THIS bad I ended up going across the parking lot to baskin robins where I got excellent service!

I just got my food from there today about 15 mins ago and half of my food fell out of my loaded beef nacho box they need to change the box it goes in I’m so angry I don’t even have an appetite for this anymore.

So I just ordered 12 cinnamon delights and a drink but I also noticed that I was charged almost $10 but on the app it actually says it’s closer to seven dollars so I asked the lady in the drive-through and she got upset and irate and she started yelling at me. It’s a simple question that did not need for me to get yelled at. I also mentioned that other Taco Bell‘s don’t charge that much and she got even more upset, started yelling at me… And then on top of that the Cinnabon’s weren’t even fresh they taste stale
