This may sound strange but Trini Chinese food is completely different, and better tasting than Chinese fast food. The other complication is that it is pretty difficult to find an authentic Trini Chinese food business in South Florida. Trini's Chinese Bites could not have been any harder to find, but was well worth the exploration.Since my MCL damage I have had to return to Total Orthopedic for my progress to be reviewed by the doctor. After a visit, I searched for food in the area and was excited to find this restaurant.It is a takeout only establishment but the area is clean and there is a clear view of the kitchen, so you can see all the tasty delights getting prepared. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and able to answer any questions you might have about the menu. I love that smell of fresh, well seasoned food being prepared in front of you. The menu is full of local (Trinidad) favorites, like Char Sui Kai Fan and Pepper Chicken, and sides as well. The portions are huge, tasty, and mouthwatering. Everything was cooked to perfection and the wait time was very short. The fried rice had the taste and flavor of the Dragon (Wok Hey), a thing that sets Chinese food places apart from each other. I only wish there were a bit more vegetables in there.As I will have many more trips to the doctor until I am fully healed, I will be back to Trini's Chinese Bites until I have tried everything on the menu. Came to visit this place for the very first time . Very miss leading signs for opening hours!!!!!!They said that they opened until 8pm. We were there at 7pm, mean while they were allowing other customers in. They receptionist told a customer to say that they were closed. While we walking back to our vehicle they allowed a family of six to enter the restaurant!!!! How disrespectful!!! But as they say. First impression is a lasting impression!!! We definitely will not be going back there!!!!!Literally drove over to Joys roti…

This is not the first time visiting this establishment, Despite the food being alright the attitude of the woman behind the counter is utterly rude and disgusting!I get better service at McDonald's during rush hour.I will NEVER return to this place!!

I found this cafe one day, while at an appointment. The food is really delicious and the food inexpensive. The couple are so nice. The food are freshly made and the vegetables are not over cooked. It reminds me of the Chinese cuisine in Trinidad. I highly recommend this cafe.Vegetarian options: Lot is vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetables and the foods is not salty.

Ordered the food over the phone, house special and shrimp wontons. I asked if there is soup. She said I could look for what soup they have on their menu online. She could have told me what soups in the same amount of words. People are so simple minded. Let me go open a Trini Chinese food restaurant eh. I know how to give great customer service.
