Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

My family and I were just here this evening The staff was very friendly especially Katianna who was able to assist me with my son . The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and hot thank you, thankfully my son was able to eat

Terrible experience and I am one of their most regular customers 3 times a week on average. I ordered a sandwich with an extra steak and the cook literally threw away half of one of the steaks. When I asked about it the woman said I was lying but half the steak was obviously gone. Then I ask for a refund and she says she can't give me a refund. I informed her that I am a Diabetic, showed her my glucose meter and showed her my blood glucose was dropping and I can't wait here for 30mins for the manager to arrive and she starts laughing as if my illness etc is a joke. She then gives me a refund the whole time she was laughing like it was all a joke. However I did just discover Kings Original Chicken in the next building and their food is much better tasting and better pr8ced. Had the 5 chicken wing meal which cost me $10....much better than those wings at Charleys....the employees name was Jada.

Came in today , and the atmosphere was amazing. I was immediately greeted well by this cashier named Valerie. Young individual with such politeness! Food was great. Love this place.

I love the food but customer service goes a long way for me! Wasn’t greeted upon arrival, I had a question and said “excuse me” no one answered back. Then whey my order was called, the lady said it so quick and quietly that I didn’t hear. Could’ve been a mistake on my end. But when I sat politely in front of the counter and continued to wait, unaware that my order was ready, someone approached and asked what the order was. I gave her my number and she RUDELY says “it’s over there I’ve been calling it.” What’s the attitude for? I said “sorry I didn’t hear it” and she walked away. Very off putting. Not sure if I’ll be back at this location. But as always, the food is great!

Id hardly say its the best cheesesteak in the world. It was frozen overchopped beef of sorts ( surely not ribeye) it was tasteless the bread sucked and “ wit wiz” wasnt to be seen. I did eat once at their mall location 20 years ago or more and I definitely would have remembered a train wreck of a meal. I wish i can say better and its not the staffs fault. Its another perfect example of corporate greed and lessening the product. To pay $17.40 for this crap for lunch is inexcusable but this will remain the standard because this is how everything is done when margins get to tighter and the little guys are dropping like flies.. bon jour corporate dining at its best

I went the other day and the place is awesome, customer service is great the cashier Valerie was very nice and my food was great!

Really like this place and my kids have started to like it a lot as well. They have pretty good specials and even regular priced items are very fair. If you haven’t had one of their Philly cheesesteaks I’d recommend it, it’s really good. Kids love their boneless wings. And their Louisiana style fries are legit

I would of gave them more stars but I can't believe they want to charge me $1.00 for a cup so I can get water. That sucks. I gave them $2.00 tip also. I guess I'm going to have to cut down on the tip so I can get a cup for 💧 🤔🤔🤔

Ordered wings fries and a philly cheese steak was called wings dried and tastless fries were dry and not even warm.

We placed a mobile order trying to pick up from the Riverbend Location on broward boulevard, but it was sent to this location. Instead, we called and spoke with Makayla, who made absolutely everything as easy as possible to transfer our order to the correct place when arriving to the correct location. Everything was a mess. They couldn't figure out what we were talking about. As far as our order, we literally had to call back so Makayla could explain everything to the staff at another location how to do their job. I would not recommend the location By Walmart on broward. Just go see Makayla at this store Instead. Makayla you are awesome and have amazing customer service and patience. Thank you.

This location has 2 versions of staffing. I walked in today and knew I should have walked out. The yound lady at the register was pretty good, she should have been in charge/directing the 2 other younger employees who evidently have no kind of work ethic, struggle to multi-task and frankly seemed to struggle with thinking of what to do next. I waited almost 30 mins for my usual. Sandwich was still thrown in, they did not clean the grill before making my food, the cashier had to keep reminding them to make my food right. Either they can't read or can not manage to remember to put cheese on fries. ... on a good day when the staffing is an older more mature staff, your food is great! Made with care, they assist the younger ones who can take criticism. Today, they were just trash-tastic! Beware when you walk in. One star for the inconsistency always. Just hire good people who would prepare someone else food as if it were their own.

The spicy wings were right on point. The staff are very friendly as well.

The customer service here is terrible , I came in and order and chicken Philly and I’m watching the cook makes the sandwich and he use his hands on his Apple Watch then continue to make my meal and did not change his gloves , I don’t suggest eating here
