Terrible customer service here. There’s no point in having a pick up window, the staff here isn’t attentive and will have you standing for minutes before acknowledging you. Busy or not, there’s a long wait time.

I tried picking up a DoorDash order at this location, and the staff was completely unhelpful. After waiting over 10 mins for someone to ask me what I'm here for. When the manager on duty finally opened the window, she cussed me out and told me to just cancel the order.

They called and scheduled me in for a job interview just to tell me the manager wasn't there that day. I get scheduled to come in the next day and manager still isn't there and I'm told I wouldn't have gotten hired anyway due to my age even though I put my date of birth on my job application.

The food here isn’t to bad, but the atmosphere is absolutely terrible. There’s homeless people and drug addicts littered outside threatening people, as well as the workers here are always in a bad mood and are always rude it’s ridiculous!
This checkers is pretty sub par, the staff aren’t always the quickest, my friends and I have had issues with attitude as-well .

Their 5 for 5 meal deal is an absolute scam. It shows right on the website it comes with an apple pie and a cheese DOUBLE or SPICY CHICKEN sandwich. But you order it and they tell you it doesn't come with a pie, the burger is a single, and the chicken sandwich is actually barbecue. What are they doing? And if it doesn't come with an apple pie then it's not 5 for 5 it's 4 for 5. A drink, fries, burger, and chicken bites is four items.
Service was horrible. Associate and customer argues for who know how long. We we were stuck in line so we had to wait. Every time a car was to pull up the associate held her hand out to wait as if there was a problem. Then minutes later she would say come up. When our turn came she asked us to wait. When we got to the window and asked what is the problem. We've been wait nearly 30 minuts and on 3 cars were in front of us. She said the food aint ready so we still had to wait. This spot may need more help or better managers. However help is need for better service to be given.
