That female employee at windows needs to be coached!! I’m never had such rude experience at any fast food restaurant. I went there at 9:15 pm. Her attitude was outrageous, I don’t think she should be interacting with customers due to her nasty attitude. She didn’t even give me my receipt overall worst experience I’ve ever had in any fast food restaurant and checkers is my favorite place to visit which was very much an inconvenience for me.

checkers can charge you for cheese but they don't deduct anything off of the fact that they don't have all the toppings that supposed to be on the burger. I'm trying to get a classic burger and they say it comes with ALL toppings, but when I list ALL the toppings it's to come with, I'm told some of them are out. You're running a business, you run out of tomatoes but still charge for a full Burger that's supposed to come with it. Essentially I would have gotten a burger with missing items and they wouldn't have told me otherwise. Lady at the window say they can't control it which I completely understand & I was being very cordial but I can tell she was starting to have an attitude so I just told her as she wouldn't look at me and turned away as she spoke. Told her I didn't want HER to get mad and she was just like okay and closed the window on me. Customer service is severely lacking these days.. but who cares right? A customer gets upset, & complain.. it doesn't matter because we continue to order & support the business and they continue making money so why bother making improvements. I'm a stickler for reviews and although I know not all of them are valid if a business has a low score based on their company and no one from the companies responds or tries to make it right with the customer that's a problem but when you're a large food chain, it doesn't matter. but it matters to me and even though it may not do anything I'm still going to come on here and make my thoughts be known. 😅 should have stayed at home, save money and made my own burger like I normally do versus eating this garbage anyways
Don’t come here, they will take forever with your order. I waited 30+ minutes for a PICK UP order. People were literally honking behind me. You’ll get faster service literally anywhere else. And the staff was oddly nonchalant about it, not even a “sorry for the wait”. They might need to close this location…

At around 8-8:30pm me and my father pulled up and I order a double cheeseburger with bacon keep that in mind and the African black woman that was working at the time had a straight attitude towards me and my father and the young woman that was working there was absolutely clueless at the drive-thru window and when they finally gave us our food like 15mins after when I checked my bag to make sure I had everything and when I got to the burger and looked at it there was no cheese at all just hamburger meat, the buns, and bacon just disrespectful, I don’t recommend this location!!!!
