Come on. Y’all can do better than this. Having customers wait while you discuss content on your phone is beyond ridiculous. Customer service is below terrible here. I had to knock on the window to get serviced.

The lady with the crazy red wig who I assume is the manager is very lazy and disrespectful. First I had to wait 10 minutes in 56 degree weather for someone to EVEN GREET ME. When I wanted to put in my order for the Tpain meal it’s ADVERTISED as pick a cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. She said her system doesn’t allow her too I told her that’s what’s advertised can my order still be honored she then got rude and told me she won’t do it and that she doesn’t have time for that. Mind you she works there. I asked for the manager she told me there isn’t one and continued going back and forth. DONT EAT HERE rude workers and you won’t even get served in a timely manner

We got the new brisket sandwich and it was delicious! and also the Philly Cheesteak bites. I paid less than 8 dollars, the food was fresh and the staff was friendly as always plus no wait at the drive thru. We enjoyed Checkers!

I literally waited 10 minutes at the speaker. The automated voice came on and then there was silence for 10 mins. There were 4 cars ahead of me and all those cars kept moving up to the window, the lady never said hold just a second or “I’ll be with you” so after all the cars were gone then the Hatian woman at the window with black lips and a fuzzy ponytail asked what my order was. When I came to the window I said,”do y’all not believe in being courteous and asking people to hold on instead of ignoring them and she said the girl didn’t want to take your order! It was her the whole time at the window with the headset and implying someone didn’t want to take my order. So low life and childish and very disrespectful this was my first time at this location. Never coming back.

I can’t speak of the day crew but if you’ve been here overnight, and judging from the reviews, others have, you’ve probably gotten the impression that the employees will spit in your food. This has been the case for years. The rudeness is the least of it. I get it. Your average person does not want to be up in the early A.M. This also applies to the customer. If you don’t use the drive through, expect to be standing at the window for five to ten minutes before you’re addressed. Aside from the person taking orders at the Order window, which will primarily focus on the drive through customers, the other employees will almost completely ignore you and if they care to acknowledge you, they’ll seemingly have no idea what’s going on here. Either as a customer or one of the delivery drivers, everyone is getting ignored. It’s no exaggeration to say that every visit in the last week has been extremely similar. Pull up to the window with a mobile order, employee opens the window to say that another employee will deal with it, then that person will eventually come to speak to you then prepare the order. Likewise, I’ve seen employees tell drivers that the one employee at the window is preparing their order only for that employee to later come and tell them they don’t have that order at all. They accidentally gave it to another person and refuse to remake it. It’s embarrassing, frankly. I can’t speak ill of the owner because I don’t know where they stand in regards to this behavior but judging from the reviews from the last few months, just on description, it’s the same problem employee. There are a few things I hate more than wasting time and feeling like I’m wasting time while getting served “fast” food with a dash of saliva just makes me feel dirty.
