If I can rate this place as -0 ......Horrible customer service,today at 3.35 pm Oct 16 2025 we went to get food...all staff in the back 2 in the front with cellphone with gloves(how they server newfood)with same gloves?calling coorporare so they can fixed this situation...they can't hires ppl with poorly custumer service....they didn't care that were ppl out there 4 of us with kids and man trying to get dash door trying to(trying make a order)make a order ... In walking area front site .manager came close the window in us saying no service with attitude...she just want to fight no respect in this location...just certified her on sanitized, customer service...bc they was no business at the moment so she didn't have excuse(she didn't have name tag.....but I can describe her blonde hair not naturally I think she does speak Spanish,short and skinny). coorporare do something you loosing clients

The employees that have working at the lauderhill and commercial location is very disrespectful very rude I was in the line for 20 minutes after I got to the window they were so rude and disrespectful the girl in the store told me I can go somewhere and go purchase my food because she did not want to serve me the other guy in the store keep telling me I need to go back around I said why do I need to go back around I left Checkers store and I went to Popeyes and within 2 minutes I got served so I'm just letting everyone know the customer service at checkers is so ridiculous I don't I would never go back to that store I don't care which location it is I will never go back to Checkers like she said I can go to other store or go to another store that's exactly what I did.
