This was my first trip to this location. I was surprised to be greeted by an AI generated server taking our order. It was pretty frustrating, but we got through it. Or so we thought. When we arrived at the window, the young lady stated that the system never put the order through. She politely apologized and took our order. Just before she started handing us our food and the vehicle behind us pulled up, our original order appeared for the servers to prepare.The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was great.Please understand that AI is not needed in every environment. Especially, if it's not working properly.
Quick, efficient & friendly service. I had a few rewards to redeem & the staff accommodated these items with a smile & a professional attitude. I'll frequent THIS particular location more often. Great place.

The new robot they have there accepts orders. The machine misread my order. I immediately drove up and checked through the window. They have no desire to correct it, smh. I should have returned, but recently I've been guarding my energies. That I drove here just for them to treat me that way disappoints me.

The cashier Charmaine was very disrespectful... the AI got my order wrong and when I went to the window and she gave me my order I tried telling her that the order is wrong she started yelling with attitude like I was her child. If she acts like a swine with customers then she should be on a farm or in a barn. This is my first time at checkers and because of this it will be my LAST!!!!!
