To everyone crying about the lady being rude and customer service have forgotten the nature of a good Chinese food spot. You go there to get some food and dip and yall need to consider the language barrier as well. Love how my generation is the soft one but yall don't even have the patience with other people.Anyways this food is bomb the lady is funny as hell I will go back when u feel like getting Chinese food.I had come there a little late last time and didn't realize it was their closing time. They took my order anyways had my food quick and piping hot.They probably been working all day and it was 10 pm. leave these people alone enjoy the food and go the rest of ur day fr.

I have been buying there for at least 12 yrs, I never have a problem, the owners are very polite , prices are good not too expensive and tasty, I would recommend China Gourmet to anyone, to be honest that's the only China Restaurant I go to what I like you can stay wright there and see how they prepare their food which is a good thing, and also their area is spotlessly clean...Vegetarian options: I guess it's up to the individual..Parking: Number of parking spots available

Don't even waste the time ordering food there. The lady is rude as hell, she never understands anything you ask for. Today I ordered a white rice with spicy beef, she gave me something else. I started explaining to her that my order was Wong, she started screaming at me and had the nerves to pull wood stick and a knife and telling me if I don't take the wrong order she will come out for me. WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SO EVER. I wish I could give them a zero ? ? ?

The owner , is the woman that answered the phone , I asked about the price of a 6 piece chicken special , she say no we don’t have that, and I told her I used to buy this special, she says NO and hung up the phone on the me while I was still interested in buying the wings for whatever price it was . I called back and I told her why did you hang up on me? Informed her that what she did was really rude , I also added I’m a customer of yours for years. I would walk in and placed my orders with you . She doesn’t care who I am, she says you don’t know what you want and continued to yell and scream at me over the phone.She has zero customer service skills in person and over the phone .How are you running a business and scream and yell at customers over the phone like, You are giving the food away! I am a paying customer .I had enough of her verbal abuse and rude behavior! I’m done

I never do review but I took my time out to do this one. First time I ever called to order. I ask the lady what flavor of wings they have. First answer she said I have to know what I want to eat in a VERY RUDE WAY. Then she said hold put the phone down. I can hear her in the background saying people are difficult huh EXCUSE ME ??? Then she hung up on me didn’t even take my order. I didn’t called to get free food you know. If it’s not for customers they wouldn’t be open. So advice be nice. But the way I wish I could give — instead of 1 star.

Customer service is non existent. It also does not appear that the restaurant is regularly/properly cleaned. Very poor standards and the the lady at the front who answers the phone cannot bring herself to even pretend like she cares about customers, her attitude is horrible. The food was ok but I'll stick to Panda Express. I cannot trust that my food is being prepared in a sanitary environment at China Gourmet
