service is okay, and portions are not bad but the last 2 times i came here i ordered a chicken bowl or burrito, and both times the meat tasted like it had went bad, and was almost fishy . my boyfriend got steak and his tasted good! so idk what’s up with the chicken but it’s def turned me off from coming to this location..

This is the 2nd time I go and no one speaks English and didn't understand when I had a question and wanted something that wasn't displayed that I could point to. Had to use hand gestures and it took way too long.

Why if this location closes at 12, they're cleaning up at 10 and taking the juices to the back and not making more food?

Absolutely disgusting the rest of the table look way worse. Honestly after seeing the table I didn’t even want to order a bowl anymore. The queso was dried out and finished table a mess service was mid.

What's the point of ordering ahead of its never on time. 4th time I ordered here and I will come a few mins after the time I put in a it's still not ready. It was literally in the line up too already done just not bagged up and the dressing wasn't ready It's frustrating, to wait 10 mins for something that should be ready.

Dirty chipotle with bad customer service. I’m a big fan of chipotle food but I would never step foot into this facility again. I’m not one to do bad reviews but the atmosphere and customer service could use major improvements. I love chipotle and I hate that this place ruins the experience for many. I took my family for the first time and it is safe to say they now hate chipotle because of the experience, they were so rushed that they were not able to see their options, I was forced to order for them because the staff had no patience or good manners.

The last time I came to this location they were out of chicken. It’s been a couple of years so I decided to try them out since they’re the closest location to my house. Thankfully they had chicken. Unfortunately I requested the vinegar dressing and it clearly has been diluted with water. It tastes horrible.

Bad Customer service. A lot of unprofessional workers having conversations amongst each other while people waiting food not ready or unavailable at times bad attitudes for simply asking for extra rice and beans. If I see someone who's customer service is bad regularly I wait or ask for someone different.

Server was very unpleasant and had a terrible attitude.
The portion for protein very small and even when you pay for extra you don't see the difference.

There are better Chipotle locally. The portion size is lacking, the employees don't seem to want to be there.
