Good burrito wrapping! They know their portions better than some locations I’ve been in and are efficient with order taking process even when it’s busy.

The manager was coughing and sneezing. He should not be at work, especially in an environment serving food to the general public. I was not able to have the grilled peppers. My grilled chicken was a little chewing 😐. Customer service is not the best. Sames like the employees are just there for a check. Upon paying for my food, I requested a receipt for tax purposes. They lady gave me a recipe and then told me that my card did not go through. So I asked her how I was able to get a receipt if my card didn't go through? She simply threw up her shoulders, saying that she didn't know why. Needles to say, I felt I was charged twice and quickly called visa to deny one of the two charges. The atmosphere inside use to be clean, not anymore. I honestly wanted to give a 3 star, but because of the sick manager & my credit incident. I honestly have to give a 2 star.

The staff could be a little more friendly or at least care that you are there to spend money and not goofing around with each other. The food is great and I hope they bring the brisket back (my favorite). Line moves OK but would be faster if the above mentioned was not happening.

This place is awful. The manager, Troy, just stands there watching the line grow until it’s out the door while the staff goof off, laughing and playing around. Even after asking if something is wrong, they just shrug it off and keep having fun. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if you want to grab and go .

It’s clear the employees don’t care to help people who are there to pickup their mobile orders . I waited for 15 minutes to have someone hand me my order that was ready to go and bagged . I asked the employee at the register several times if he could hand me my order and I was continually ignored . This is very poor customer service.

I had a bad experience there today. I love chipotle and the food is not too bad at this location. But the employees are lazy, rude and do not care about customers. Maybe they are not paid enough or is just the fact they are all blacks. Anyhow they are lazy.

So I was patiently waiting in a long line and placed my order when it was my turn. I ordered a quesadilla and a chicken bowl. I paid *no receipt was given* and went all the way home. When I got home, I realized that the quesadilla I ordered was not in the bag. I mean, they had one job and I should've checked but I normally don't have issues with this location. It literally ruined my day. I tried calling and no answer. So that's why I'm giving one star to the service.

2025 Edit - this location is deteriorating fast. I stopped ordering in advance due to SLOW preparation time, so now I go in at least once a week.

No matter how long the line is, the staff will play around and chitchat in your face with no concern for your time. There are lots of visibly cross-contaminated food items and the chips are always stale.

If you have time to go to a different location, you should do that.

Wasted my lunch break on this location. Long line of customers and employees literally standing around talking amongst each other. Walked out cuz no one was ringing up the long line of customers. A lady asked to ring us up and an employee said “someone will come in and do that soon” like what.

Brown rice wasn't cooked properly. It was hard. The employees were nice, but it was really really busy so we didn't bother having them redo our order.
