I recently visited the new Chipotle near my job, and I was thoroughly impressed! The restaurant is a fantastic addition to our local dining scene. Everything from the bright, clean interior to the friendly staff made for a welcoming atmosphere right from the start.The food, as always with Chipotle, is top-notch. The ingredients were noticeably fresh, the guacamole was perfectly ripe, and the chicken had just the right amount of spice. I appreciated the customization options, which allowed me to tailor my meal just the way I like it.
The staff here seems uninterested in serving. They rather communicate in creole while you stand there and wait until their conversations are done.

Terrible place. Ordered a bowl half chicken half steak the woman serving me put very little meat to the point I had to ask for more and pay extra. steak and chicken .she wasn’t that friendly went there two weeks ago with my boyfriend the same woman doing the same thing Being a former employee of chipotle and seeing that is distasteful.

I usually have a great expirience here like getting large portions of food but today i had the worst ever experience, the ladies working today were awful. The ladies who were making me and my moms bowl were giving us the tiniest portions i’ve ever gotten, there was barely any food filling the bowl. For one of the bowls we got, they gave the tiniest amount of steak i have ever seen in a chipotle bowl, she didn’t even fill the spoon to but it in the bowl and then when we asked for more she literally gave about a tablespoon more and i’m not even exaggerating. We had to literally order a whole other bowl filled with the rice and steak because we barely got any in the first bowl, there were larger portioned toppings over the rice and steak. we’re extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I don't order chipotle often but I was very disappointed with the online ordering process. I entered my order online and proceeded with my method of payment only to receive an error message that they were experiencing issues with accepting payments online. The online ordering site gave me the option to pay in the store but there was no clarification that my order wouldn't be processed. I went to the location expecting to pick up my mobile order and pay at the counter. To my surprise, they had no order for me at all. They charged my card and immediately returned the payment which i found odd.It was obvious that the employees were doing the best that they could, but it was evident they were short staffed. I was very disappointed in this experience at chipotle.

Absolutely Horrible food chain. Gave us the wrong takeaway order. Came back and refused to refund our money. Asked for a manager and was told no manager on site and to go online to customer support to deal with it there. This is the second time I've had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The mananger...whoever you are should be fired for dereliction of duty or cowardice for being afraid to face there customers. Call me if you dare.Oh and I ran into the other irate customer that got my order when I drove back to this horrendous place. They were absolutely livid with the response. Go to our website for a refund. I can't wait for this place to go out of business.

The foods was okay. The service and atmosphere was GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE. After 25 minutes waiting, I very politely asked the guy and girl how much longer. The man acted like he didn't hear me and the woman gave me a attitude. In total I waited 47 minutes. Horrible place ?
