I called and waited 10 min for someone to answer and then hung up because no one answered. Just to call back again for someone to pick up and “click” hang up on me…I call all other Dominos close by and they all answer right away but they won’t deliver to me because I’m out of the area.…but this 1 is impossible to get through by phone. It’s like they are either too short handed or they are lazy.I ended up ordering through the app from that store and got my order delivered and the driver was really nice. They just have to do better with the phone service. So many people complain about the phone service it unbelievable.

Poor service doesn’t even describe what I’ve experienced with this store. Over 20min on the phone trying to speak with the store to know about my order since it was delayed and the person kept putting me on hold without even asking any information nor even greeting. Since this is the nearest store I have, I will never be ordering Dominos again and would definitely not recommend, even if it’s another store. Horrible!!

I called to ask what the specials were, I didn’t quite make out what he told me so he tried to be sarcastic and say it extremely slow then said, Now are you ready to order?? I said no not yet and proceeded with my questions he just hung up in my face. I called back after being on hold, I added him why he hung up when I was still talking he said oh I thought you hung up! Bold face liar knew exactly what he did. Is it for pick up or delivery. I said do you treat everyone like this, he kept talking over me I’m the manager, C.J ( which is the dominos app delivery drivers name they appoint) Happy New Year… bla bla bla…. Very sarcastic and rude disguising it with fake friendliness. People are truly miserable and it shows heavily

I ordered a thin and crispy with light sauce what I got was no sauce at all. Come on. A pizza with no sauce and barely any cheese was like eating a cardboard box.
Call to see why my order was canceled and they disconnected the call several times. I could literally hear the phone slamming. Unacceptable very poor service!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. First, my order said “delivered” and I never received it. It was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery guy couldn’t find my place, but instead of calling to ask, they just delivered it to the wrong address. Thankfully my neighbor came to deliver it to me. But when I got it, I realized there was jalapeños added to my pizza when I never ordered that

I work at a doctor office we all decided to pitch in and buy dominos. We ordered extra early so we would all have time to eat on our 30 minute lunch break we ordered around 11 pizza didn't come till 2 that's ridiculous last time I checked it doesn't take 3 hours to deliver a pizza. And then once the driver got here max I asked what took so long and max laughed in my face guess who didn't get a tip!
