Donna's Caribbean Restaurant

Not sure what this is but it looks like a piece of a pot scrubber.each time I hi it gets worse

We wanted some Jamaican food and I was told about Donna's Caribbean restaurant. We purchased king fish and curry goat meal. I was very pleased with the portions we received on our to go plates plus the food was hitting 🔥

This Donna is not consistent on a scale of 1-10 I gave it a 2.5

Donna's used to be so good....not sure what's happening but the food doesn't look appealing and the staff so unfriendly...I just walked back out. Hubby got some oxtail and rice and peas and he enjoyed it anyhow

I must give this place good rating. I had the curry goat and the curry goat was tender and good. Not to mention this place was open on a Sunday what other Jamaican restaurants were closed. The guy that served my mother and I was a vibe. His spirit and energy was amazing as well as his customer service. It was an awesome first impression. And even though I'm out of town, I'm trying to get back to the guy who served us and back to the great food. They had both regular white rice and rice and peas. The Jerk Chicken looked a little dry at the time and didn't seem authentic as authentic Jamaican jerk chicken is done on an open grill and not baked with the coloring to give it a jerk grilled appearance but the food is good and portion sizes are satisfying.

This is the second time I’ve came to this Donna’s and the staff tells me they are closed. Yet, on the door they show on Fridays and Saturdays they close at 12:00 AM and on Google it shows 11:00 PM. Then when I ask the staff about the hours they catch an attitude with me like I’m supposed to know this inside information.

This is what was served as jerked chicken. Is this what jerk chicken looks like? It is wet, with no sign of jerk seasoning. Looks like it was cooked on top of the stove.This restaurant needs to be closed and stop selling food labeled as Jamaican.

The worse !!!! It's 9:45PM and they close at 11PM and told me they are closed . Then laughed at me like it was funny . So sad for business. They shouldn't represent this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!
