The worst Donna’s I’ve ever been too food is always dry very underwhelming and when you ask for gravy on the food they are rude and disrespectful, and carry on with an attitude as if you’re begging them when you are paying for food associates need to be re-trained on how to properly serve customers completely turned off to place I I’ve spent hundred of dollars at this location but they will never get another cent from me !

Out of stock on commonly ordered items? This place is a joke. The one that used to be on 441 was M U C H better. 2 consecutive days at around 5pm in the afternoon and they are out of two commonly ordered items. They need new leadership in this location...

Friendly, quick yummy service.

I would never go to Donna‘s again. It was horrible. The lady was not paying attention. I told her I wanted a mini gave me a medium very pricey and she was starting to give me an attitude. I will never go there again.

They cancel your Uber order for no reason, you're going to waste money and time getting to the door. Employees cancel online orders.

The older lady is extremely rude. She needs to retire if she doesn’t like her job!!???

Mother and daughter duo absolutely the best …it’s my go to restaurant I’ll go in the morning for breakfast and I usually see the mother and in the evenings the daughter … last week I went for a bite and there was this young slim girl in the front she didn’t have any respect towards me ..she treated me like I was begging for food , I stand there waiting for her to finish up her phone call and she was just rushing me to order… I will never come back here !! The young lady turn me completely off..

Cliff Note ? explanation: I was originally going to speak with an owner/store manager in regards to community engagement & procedures for such activities to share participation. I was representative the wrong way to the manager & let's just say the manager was not pleasant, welcoming, but very dismissive before I finish my sentence.I was going to order food too. I guess "communication" may not be a strong attribute.

I stop by there to get some porridge there this one young girl that work there in the morning oh my God she have a terrible attitude!!I go there all the time for lunch the food is pretty decent around lunch time . But customer service is terrible!!

So disgusted by the lack of ethics and customer service; the women that serve at this location forget that customers don’t have to spend their money here, miss me with the attitude, the lack of common decency this place does not deserve my money! Thank God I can cook! Waiting on my dinner to finish cooking right now, the convenience of picking up a plate of food on the road is nice, but if the energy not good why would I eat from there??‍♀️
