District manager if you’re reading this this place needs to be shut down phone lines have not worked in months. They always give the wrong stuff on DoorDash. I’ve gotten full refunds every time. I know you lose a lot of money.They do not care about customer service. They are all rude. Everyone that works there has disgusting behavior . I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich. The gave me a bacon cheese melt. I told them that not what I ordered and they just removed the bacon and gave me the same sandwich with extra cheese. I don’t eat pork. And there were still pieces of bacon in the grilled cheese. Everything was very rushed! And what weird is they told us to stop before pulling up to the window.

I encountered an employee who displayed a rude attitude and highly unprofessional behavior, yelling in the store and making threats. When I asked for her name to leave this review, she refused to identify herself. This level of conduct is completely inappropriate for anyone working in customer service, where professionalism and courtesy should be the standard. No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly urge management to address this issue, as this employee truly does not belong in a customer-facing role.
