The staff is terrible attitudes of the staff are poor the sad part is you go to a place that specializes in making coffee and none of the employees can make none of the items on the menu that they're supposed to be selling it's very disappointing I wish the morale wasn't so low

This branch is legit the worst and slowest Dunkin I've came across. It honestly seems like no one cares at this location and they get the order wrong often. The staff are a bunch of losers that need proper training . How can you work at a Dunkin one of the easiest jobs in America and still suck at it. I will try my hardest never to come back here again.

I give my hat off to Chante & Jacqueline.... stopped in for a quick bite and to my amazement. These two rock stars were holding down the entire store from the drive thru to the walk in service, and they had an amazing attitude. My order was on point and probably the best cup of coffee I've had in a while.

I ordered a hot chocolate an they have me coffee instead so pissed am not supposed to drink coffee
I ordered an add on coffee to my order at the window and was told I couldn’t order at the window. So instead of simply adding on to my order, they refused. Donuts weren’t fresh at all, hard and cold as well as the bacon wrap. Floor was wet inside with signs but nobody with an attempt to dry up the floor. Horrible service overall. Will never be going back to this Dunkin.

This store needs to be closed or staffed completely from the general manager down to the dish person. I just left this location and was giving the rudest service. I ordered through the drive-through almost $60 worth of food get to the window. I have to wait two minutes before they acknowledge me at the window to pay for my food, I didn’t pay for my food to hand me my items one by one so I kindly ask excuse me, ma’am is there a bag that I can have because I have a lot of food no, we don’t have bags. so I asked her how do you expect me to carry all this food in my home plus drinks and your guys are not providing me a bag so I asked her I said is there to go bag that you guys use on DoorDash or anything that I could just place the food in to make it into my home no, we don’t have any bags so I kindly ask for a refund. I am not gonna spend my money in an establishment where you cannot provide me a simple bag for my food. I have these issues with this location. Every time today was the last draw. I will not spend my money at that location again I will drive 3 miles to another location and hopefully that location is better , you guys need to get on this issue immediately or you will be losing this location just like your other location on sunrise and 65th I believe it is that close down. And I am sure nothing will be done after all the complaints we as paying customers are leaving and what really made me upset. Is they had the nerve to curse at me as if I was wrong. And this is the picture of the assistant manager, who just stood there.
