This place is ALWAYS understaffed and its ridiculous that we must wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. If I didn't love the coffee product so much I wouldn't return and the owner knows this so never cares enough to fix the problem
� First let me say I am a very satisfied customer, My Location (7125 W.Oakland Park Blvd).I'm a morning customer 6 days out of the week. The staff here is always friendly and courtesy. My favorites are Dilion, Jewel, Mo, Ashley. Without me saying anything they know what I need, and how to prepare it�..which is important to me!!!

Everyone should know by now DD...��by far is one of my favorite places when i depart from my night work. My location is West Oakland park.... �The staff is so inviting friendly, professional yet down to earth.
Just love spending 1 to 2 hours here among the staff, a second comfort zone indeed!
