We got a powdered donut and a bagel with cream cheese today and there was barely any powder on the donut nor any cream cheese on the donut. Insane. Never experienced this before

Manager Angel, does not take the orders appropriately and since when I don’t know but charges for ice even though I bought a drink.
If I had an option to put 0 Stars I would. I sent my sister to get me certain items from this place, not only did they get the order wrong but they gave her a hard time when she was being nice about the situation telling them they messed up the order after specifically telling them what she wanted. My advice to you is don’t come to this Dunkin, they don’t know how to take simple instructions and they argue with customers making them look crazy. If you don’t want to work, then DON’T work customer service. Get it together.

If you place your order on the app and walk to the pickup line, they ignore you. They had my coffee sitting behind the counter because they thought it was cute? Everybody in the drive thru and even some who walked in after got serviced and done while I'm standing there like a duck. I'm deleting the app and sticking with Starbucks because even though this is the only location that is like this and I know it's because of the demographics, I'm okay.
Dunkin' Donuts manager Khadija has an amazing disposition and truly knows how to talk to people....phenomenal interpersonal skills. At this location if you encounter Khadija, your day will be better.

Do not waste your time coming here. The staff and managers are rude as hell. The person that took my order and handed me my order name is christian i think they provided the wrong name and the manager was hesitant to give her name as well. No one told either of them to settle for a job making coffee especially when you don’t want to do your job. Find another job if you’re going to get mad and snatch things out of people hand when you don’t make their coffee the right way. Horrible staff, horrible place, never again.

I've been a Dunkin customer in general for years. I notice they're skimming on products, food, and service but not on the money. SMH.
Kim the manager and her team are amazing. Their Customer Service is Top notch, I will be returning to this location.

First timer at this location on 7.09.24 in the afternoon and I now see why such low reviews on google . Dealt with Evelyn, very poor customer service skills , no changing of gloves after serving 2 previous customers, speaking on the phone using same gloves to touch the headset, also used same gloves at the cash register with no hand washing or sanitizing of hands. She should not be at the frontline serving customers as she needs further training. Hope this review will be seen by a Supervisor or Manager for this location, as this individual should receive further training or some action must be taken as this can’t be right. Should have added evidence.
