This is honestly one of the worst Dunkin's around!!! Every single time I order from there, the order is completely wrong or disgusting. I order decaf coffee and NEVER receive it. Today, I ordered a toasted bagel with butter. The 1st half of the bagel was correct, but to my surprise, as soon as I bit into the other half, it had cream cheese... wiped off after they realized their mistake! Is it that hard to make another one to correct the order??? Never again will I order from here.

I am not surprised seeing all these bad reviews. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and I was so disappointed. What I received was OLD-LOOKING, BURNT, OILY BACON BITS, on top of the avocado. Not fit for human consumption. And when you try calling the store, they do not answer their phone. Please check your food before you leave. And stick to avocado toast without bacon. It's not worth adding.

I could not believe what my eyes witnessed and my ears heard earlier today, around 3'ish pm. I normally order by using the drive thru but today, I came into the store. I witnessed the manager Rico, shooing a young man out of the store without giving any reason.Then Rico informed two teenagers they must sit outside to eat their food, they just purchased from Dunkin Donuts. I turned around and left. I will no longer support this establishment, if this is the way people are treated. I will spend my money where customers are treated better.

I'm not understanding why are some business like this . The window lady Adriana was soooo rude !! This is the third time and she walks away while u talking to her, she got an attitude because SHE gave me the wrong donuts . I asked for a straw and napkins and she threw them at my hand, I could understand if it was busy but I was the only customer there !!!

Oh, what a delightful experience I had at this Dunkinā. I walked in as a regular customer, ready to spend my hard-earned money, only to be shooed away by the ever-charming supervisor, Enrico. Nothing says āWelcome to Dunkināā quite like being treated like an inconvenience before I can even order.
And it wasnāt just me ā I had the pleasure of watching him tell two teenagers to eat outside, as though their very presence offended him. Truly inspiring leadership. Dunkinā should be proud to have such a shining example of customer service running the show.
If youāre looking for coffee served with a side of disdain and a masterclass in how not to treat paying customers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I went to get coffee and they messed up my orders. The bagel has dark brown stuffs and crumbs from the cream cheese. I went back to request a refund. No managers on site for 2 days and the lady is telling me is policy. I will never go there. I will contact corporate to file a complaint and contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

Look they got they entire order wrong and now I have to resend mi friend to go back which he was in middle of doing something so has to wait... for some reason the keep putting Splenda in mi coffe even though I ask for sugar they add Splenda... why .... why are u messing with mi coffee, now its horrible and im closer risk for cancer .... They dont answer they phone so ill let u know how they react to there mistake .... this keeps happing not that difficult of order

We visited this Dunkinā Donuts this morning and it was an amazing experience! The food was amazing, and the drinks were perfect! This is by far one of the best Dunkinā Donuts that Iāve been to! Also, I didnāt order a doughnut today, but I have in the past and they are amazing! Make this your go to Dunkinā Donuts you will not be disappointed!

Takes for ever to get a drink cause they make you go and wait on the side of the building just give me my drink when I pay for it at the window I get it if I had a large order but a hot coffee???? How does that take an extra 10 mins for you guys to make and walk out
