I went here for a double expresso per usual, and they waited until I got to the window after about 15 minutes to say the machine is not working! I know things happen, but please tell me as I come up to the drive-thru to place my order that it doesn't work. I would have ordered a small coffee, but by the time I got to the window, I was expecting my double expresso! The lady at the window was nice, but the drive-thru should be a quick and painless process. This was NOT quick! I left with nothing at all!

The drive through line is deceiving. Don't go by what it looks like. They take your order then make you pull around to the side of the building. Trying to make their drive through time look awesome to corporate. This is ridiculous. Will not come to this location

I bought a 20 ounce tumbler mug for the 99 cents refills ,but no one at this franchise accepts that deal. One manager said i have to pay for a small iced tea ,the they'll fill it up. Another manager told me ,i buy a small iced tea and pour it in. I'm sorry i bought the tumbler now ,because it's not a bargain and a hassle getting anyone to fill it up for the price of a small iced tea.

This Dunkin is right in the Lauderhill neighborhood. Like I drive past here almost daily and somehow missed it. This little gem even has a drive thru! The inside is so relaxing and customer friendly. There is a conference room available by the hour for those who like to study and/or conduct professional business over delicious coffee. It's open everyday. Sometimes school groups stop here after school to have a snack or beverage. How cool is that?

If you’re looking for rude service and to be cursed out for the simplest request, this is the place for you. Visited here on several occasions and the overnight crew is the worst. Me and my partner were cursed out simply because we tried to explain that we ordered 2 hot coffees and not 1 hot and 1 iced. The cashier said we have mental issues and to not bring that to Dunkin. He went on to call us Motherf***s and asked if we wanted to wipe his A** too. All caught on video and reported to corporate and every agency possible. The owner saw the video and sent a mild apology saying the clerk was remorseful and will not do this to customers in the future. He also offered a $100 gift card for my troubles that he can surely keep. I have spent thousands with Dunkin over the years and this is how they respond to abusive treatment. All this while we remained 100% professional and insisted on a copy of our receipt to show our order since he would not look at the order on our app. Just wow, a clerk can verbally and mentally abuse customers on an extreme level and keeps his job so he can victimize someone else in the future. Dunkin and Inspire brands have yet to respond or take any action. Corporate offices simply keep sending the complaint back to the owner who may be the clerk or have some ties to him cause he keeps letting him get away with abusing customers. I have had previous encounters with this same clerk, one where I was chastised for placing a mobile order then pulling up to the drive thru board to let them know. He said I need to learn how to place orders and should have done so much more in advance. Didn’t know there was a time limit to place and pick up your order. Thought it was just a convenient way to place the order. Like geez, calm down!
