Worst Dunkin I have ever been to, I drink the same drink every day but for some reason every time I go to this specific Dunkin my drink is made wrong every single time and the staff there don’t care at all they sit there and argue with you instead of making my Drink right….. stay away from this Dunkin location…

I'm pretty sure I just ate a stale toasted bagel with egg and cheese. I also tried the Strawberry Dragonfruit lemonade and it was horrible. Tasted like I was drinking a straight up jolly rancher candy. This has always been my go-to Dunkin since it's close to me; however, the last couple of times I've come here, the food and beverages just do not taste good anymore. For a second, I started to wonder if this is the fall of Dunkin, but then I remembered there's a really good one further down Commercial heading towards the beach. So it's just this location that is consistently BAD! Unfortunately, I think I'm accepting that I can't come here anymore. It's a complete waste of money to buy stale and poorly made food and beverages. Nothing they make is good. It's sad to see the place get worse.

its not yhat hard. Whoever makes the food there needs another trade because heating food up is too difficult for them

this place sucks. 9 times out of 10 they ruin my morning. Ordered a donut and a drink this morning, never received donut and drink was made completely wrong i had to throw it out. on top of that they make you wait at the mailbox for your order even if no one else is there, made me late for work and ended up wasting $10 for nothing. DO BETTER.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Walked in to an empty lobby with two workers behind the register. One had his back turned to me. The other acknowledged me and did not say a word, just stared as he continued what he was doing. About a minute later, the one that had his back turned to me noticed me and too simply stared, but didn't say a word. No greeting, no anything. I walked out after about two minutes of waiting. The food is complete crap and it has the service to match!

When I arrived at about 7:15 am, there was a long line in the drive-thru. I went inside and placed my order. Behind the counter, there seemed to be chaos. The workers didn't know which orders had already been given to customers and which orders still needed to be prepared. Several people who arrived after I did were given their orders after waiting several minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and eventually asked to have my money returned because I could not wait any longer. The woman who returned my money NEVER asked what was the issue and apparently did not care to know. The young lady behind the register was sweet and kept apologizing. AVOID THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

There’s an employee here that seems to have a problem with anyone using their rewards. I don’t know her name but she’s Asian and she’s is in the drive thru on the morning. My Partner and I have used our rewards twice and she had an attitude both times. The first time, she had the nerve to ask my partner how is he getting so much food for free? He told her that he is just using his rewards. Months later, we accrued enough rewards to get a couple of sandwiches and one drink. I was the one who picked up the second time. She glared at me and aggressively put my drink down. She gave me my food and then yelled “everything free!” and closed the drive thru window. I’ve been trying to find a way to let the manager or corporate know about her. I don’t want anyone to lose their job but I shouldn’t have to feel ashamed for using my rewards. Some of us have businesses where we order from Dunkin’ Donuts quite frequently and yes we accrued a lot of points from this but I shouldn’t be harassed when it’s time for me to use my rewards.
