America seems to not to be able to run on Dunkin any more. You can’t even order a drink the way YOU want, prices go up, very unfriendly attitude by a female worker, she may even own the franchise. NO ICE is a preference NOT A PRIVILEGE. I’ll just go to Wawa from now on.

So today me and my mother went to this local Dunkin because it is up the street from our home and the filipino women in the window was very rude and abrupt. My mom asked her which coffee was which because we had two different coffees and she responded to my mom said “it’s labeled ma’am” and also my mom asked her for napkins and she said “oh my gosh” and threw the napkins into my moms hand. We are disappointed with this service and we will never return.

Needed coffee after a long drive to South Florida, picked up a iced vanilla latte and some donuts. The latte was good, store was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly

I went to the drive thru just for a medium coffee. I usually stop at this location because it's close to my home. Every time I get my coffee it's pack with sugar, even though I always specify that I want 1. Sugar. Today I decided to sip it before I drive off. As I lifted the lid, some coffee spill on me. I politely asked for some napkins. The attitude that received from the lady at the window was unprofessional and extremely rude. She handed me 1. Napkin and told me to drive off.
I will never be returning to your establishment ever again. I pay for service not attitude. Good Luck.

Ordered the $6 breakfast meal. The hash browns were cold, and the sausage egg croissant looked and tasted like it had been sitting for 3 hours. Typical South Florida, I should be used to it by now after all these years. Terrible

Had a great experience because the employee was super nice and made my ice coffee exactly how I like it. The bracelets he had on were sparkling like new gold and I wanted to compliment him but he was in the middle of taking another order. Any way I enjoy seeing him because his personality is so cool.

There is no attendant at the window for several minutes had to leave the line and come back after a flag data manager outside
REPOST: Came back, drive thru. Same woman from last time who was poor attitude is still showing signs of non pleasantry. She also, messed up my order causing me to come in and didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. She should not be able rep for you, at least not at the window. I observed her being rude to other clients as well.

Ordered a drink and it is completely wrong and tastes like 4 different drinks combined into one drink . Can't identify the flavors . Just all around bad location.
On Wednesday of this week, I purchased a frozen coffee and a chicken and peppers wrap. I drove off only to find that my wrap was partially frozen. I went back through the drive through and was asked to park in the front and someone would bring me out a new one. I got one within 5 minutes, but to the other extreme, it was burnt. Not only did I waste my time, but also my money. This is simply unacceptable

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to, I drink the same drink every day but for some reason every time I go to this specific Dunkin my drink is made wrong every single time and the staff there don’t care at all they sit there and argue with you instead of making my Drink right….. stay away from this Dunkin location…

I'm pretty sure I just ate a stale toasted bagel with egg and cheese. I also tried the Strawberry Dragonfruit lemonade and it was horrible. Tasted like I was drinking a straight up jolly rancher candy. This has always been my go-to Dunkin since it's close to me; however, the last couple of times I've come here, the food and beverages just do not taste good anymore. For a second, I started to wonder if this is the fall of Dunkin, but then I remembered there's a really good one further down Commercial heading towards the beach. So it's just this location that is consistently BAD! Unfortunately, I think I'm accepting that I can't come here anymore. It's a complete waste of money to buy stale and poorly made food and beverages. Nothing they make is good. It's sad to see the place get worse.
