Came here to order bagels they said they did not have any bagels!! It's 5:30 in the morning. How in the hell do you NOT have bagels!?!?!?! The person at the window must have been sleeping because I waited at the drive-thru order for 10 minutes, and still nothing, I had to drive up to the window and blow my horn. Then she had a freaking attitude! Ma'am if you do not like what you are doing, get another job! Whatever you do, do it in excellence. You never know who you are watching, and you just ruined an opportunity to have better. I then asked for donuts, and she just gave me a blank stare...smh!

Hello, my name is Kimberly, I was at that Dunkin donuts and the service is horrible, I ordered an ice late And the workers were very aggressive, it seems like they are fighting you, they scare you when you ask them for your order, please improve the service, the best training I prefer be Bush coffee.

The coffee at this Dunkin' is always trash! It's a convenient location right on commercial near all shopping center so it's easier to stop by, but I always regret when I spend my money. The cold brew here always taste very milky and water down. I'm not sure what they are doing differently from other location, the color is always very light. It's always a different staff members here so it's not consistent. The service is overall the same as all Dunkin'. I do not recommend

I had the worst experience at this location yesterday 3/26/23. While in the drive through I ordered a small hot coffee and a caramel craze iced Latte. I had 610 points in rewards and wanted to use 400 towards the small coffee. I showed the employee at the window my phone she double scanned and then asked me to pay full price for the items. I said to her nicely you just scanned a voucher that should have covered the small coffee, she said that it didn’t register on her screen. I said to her “ma’am her is my phone that shows the date and time I converted the points to redeem them for the small coffee and it’s showing -400 points now. She said hold on let me get someone. She spoke to a lady who I heard told her to come back when the manager is there to discuss that but I have to pay full price right now. I said to the lady look at my phone it’s showing that you guys just took -400 points for my coffee. She said there’s nothing we can do about it if it doesn’t show up. I said ok I’ll just contact corporate in the morning. She said ok. I drove to park the car and go inside to ask for their names as reference when speaking to corporate or the manager and the lady told me she wasn’t giving me her name. I asked again and she made up a random name as the girl at the window laughed. I decided not to argue so I left the building and went on with my day. I will definitely be calling customer service/corporate as soon as they open and I’ll be going back to this location to speak with a manager. I ended up leaving both drinks and not getting anything, I’m so disappointed in the terrible service I received.
