Ordered Jerk chicken apparently they were out of it. Co-workers were extremely rude and uncaring of their mistake.

We came here to have some authentic Jamaican food and were very pleased. Don't expect 5-star service or dining. But expect good food and a casual atmosphere. We had Oxtail, Curried Goat, and J*** chicken. We will be back!

I'm glad someone said it because I went to this place the first time and that lady was belittling and hates or shows hate if you don't belong in her jamaican restaurant. Very profiling and poor profiling because I come from an island and no different then she is. Didn't wait for me to cash out before she's giving me a speech that her work hard for this and need tip. I always tip but she was horrible. Curry goat was great so I tried going a second time and some nice lady served me very pleasant so I handed her $3 tip. The same lady as the first time was running the register and started von me again with her rudeness. Again tip ma girl she says, I did and she called shushed me and I didn't understand the name she called me. I love island food but there is no way I will ever go to that place again treated with such disrespect. I even called who I thought was management and told them how inappropriate that lady is but I think she's the one who took the call. I've been going to golden krust ever since 3 or 4 times a month and buy by the pound. One person said it and I experienced the same exact treatment. There's always a line in there and I don't remember seeing her being that rude with anyone else but me when she see's I'm not Jamaican or a race she seems to hate. Only if she knew my family. Everyone else in there have all been so nice and smiling but that lady chases out customers she does not want in there. I was just looking for a place to spoil myself with my favorite meal on my birthday and will not go back to that place and have her ruin my trip there.

Worst customer service I was severed by the store manager on multiple occasions she never greets or acknowledge anyone unless they are Jamaican or another race other than African American I don’t know we why she works there because it looks like she hates it there, service there is POOR VERY POOR
