This is the 2nd time I went to this location on commercial, both time was the same experience. First time I went there alone, I was seated and one came to my table. After waiting a while and noticing people that came after me being served, I asked for help. The waitress apologized and said she thought someone was serving me already. Then the service was great after that incident. The following Saturday, I came with my whole family, they took us to our table, again we waited and waited, we saw 4 tables that came after us being served before us. Finally, went to the front, then they send someone to serve us. After finally receiving our food, they never brought my daughter's food out. After waiting a while, by that time the rest of us was done with our food, we asked about my daughter's food. They apologized and said they were backed up and that it was coming. We waited and waited then we realized that they never made her plate to begin with and that they were just making it. After waiting a good while the food finally came. I've been to the sunrise location multiple times and north Miami Beach location once and never experience this. One time is understandable but i didn't excpect to experience it within a week of my visit. If I do go back to that location I hope that we get better service. Last time I tried the quinoa pesto for the first time, it was really good. When I tried it the 2nd time, it didn't taste the same

Went there sunday 10/20... everything was going fine until the server was barley paying attention to me. I was not satisfied with my omelette, probably wont get that again and get my usual, but yea i usually dont have a problem with the servers but this my first time experiencing this at this location.

They have really good breakfast and service. My daughter and I really like their pancakes. Sundays are really busy expect a wait time on Sunday mornings.
