I cannot say enough amazing things about CC Fortune Restaurant and the owner, Mr. Ken. I've eaten here countless times and the food is always outstanding, but my most recent experience truly showed why this business stands out above the rest.
I had an event planned, and unfortunately, my caterer cancelled on me at the very last minute literally the same day. In a panic, I reached out to Mr. Ken, explained the situation, and without hesitation he stepped in to help. I gave him the number of guests, and he immediately got to work preparing everything I needed.
His willingness to accommodate me on such short notice was beyond impressive.
While I waited for the catering order to be ready, Mr. Ken went above and beyond by offering me food and beverages so l would be comfortable. That simple act of kindness speaks volumes about the type of service and care he provides. His professionalism, generosity, and dedication to his customers are unmatched.
The food, as always, was absolutely delicious and the event was a success thanks to him. Mr. Ken's customer service is top tier, and it's clear why CC Fortune Restaurant continues to thrive. Businesses like this prosper because they genuinely care about their customers, and I am forever grateful. I love this place, I haven't tried everything on the menu but I've tried enough items to know that the cooks know what they are doing. Vontisha is such a kind and welcoming person she knows customer service, she should teach etiquette classes as a side hustle lol.....Mr.Ken is one of the coolest people you'll ever meet.... I buy pork souse from here atleast twice a month. I always tell people about this establishment and I don't mind telling others.

I came here today and Mr.CC & Mrs.Angela let me try the ribs, pork souse , Mac & cheese & collard greens without paying a dime. I can say the food was top tier and the customer service was out of this world ! It gives family owned but the vibes are amazinggg come and try them out. If you know.. you know I tell the truth about my reviews!!!

Best customer service hands down ribs is really good. Pork souse here’s the kicker you don’t need to add your own hotsouce and the owner treats all of his customer with respects as well as employees. 10/10 I recommend

This place has the most incredible Souse, Conch, and Ribs I’ve ever tasted. During my weekend visit from Atlanta, I spotted a sign for souse and decided to explore. Once inside, the owner welcomed me with open arms, allowing us to sample before we bought. OMG, I’ve found my new favorite spot! With outstanding food, a warm atmosphere, and friendly staff, it’s an absolute must-try for anyone looking for good food and experience.
