Patty was $4 dollars, luke warm and soggy. I took 2 bites and it was nasty as well. I called the bakery and asked if I could get a refund or another patty. The man who served me asked me what was wrong with it and I told him what I mentioned above. He went on to say the patty was made today, which is not what I said. He did not listen, nor provide reasonable accommodation. I don't respect the way they do business, and will never spend my money there again.

The best Pattie you’re going to eat in your LIFE! Hammonds is good in Miami Gardens…..BUT THIS LOCATION THE FLAVOR IS ON STEROIDS. Cocoa bread was soft and chewy.😋 Amazing service! I will always return here. THE ONLY THING MISSING IS SOUP! They don’t make soup at this location 😔

Bought beef patties and the meat was over salted and tasted really bad and the crust had not one flake and if you know how patties supposed to be it should be leaving a trail of flakes by the the time you're done eating it! I would not recommend wasting your money on these awful patties.

On 9/2/25 I sent my husband to get some patties for the kids. He came back with six beef and one jerk chicken patties. All of them were sour and look as if they were there for days and reheated. people using their hard working income Hammond’s sour patty’s bakery you need to do better!

Terrible! Decided to grab authentic Jamaican food here was an ultimate fail. From the second we entered the door the young lady never greeted us, not even with a “I’ll be right with you”. She proceeded to pack “to go orders”. Once done she asks what would we like, as she smacked her chewing gum. We asked for Spicy Beef patties and Regular she said “I only have regular”, while accepting or making a call on her air bud. We asked for Jerk Chicken none was available, this was in the afternoon. So the only thing we purchased were 4 regular GREASY mushy patties. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

Patty tastes weird and kind of sour. On top of that, I had to educate the guy serving me to not stick his hand in the bag, especially when tongs are provided. For $4 a patty, I'd expect it to taste better and not come with a potential side of Hepatitis A or E. The only positive is that the patty was hot - but I can get a hot patty at Golden Krust. I won't be returning.
Am very disappointed with this Restaurant cause I've been going here for years. They really fell off big time. The prices are ridiculously high. The Patties don't even taste the way how they use to neither the Pastries 🍰🎂 . Then inside the Restaurant hot 🥵 with no AC am very the Owner needs to do much better 😕😯😮😲😒😠😠😠😠.

Went to this lauderhill location and bought 6 patties and it has a sour spoiled taste in them and it was also well done. I contacted the restaurant and was told to bring them back I stated 6 individual took a bit off the patties and the man said he’s not the owner and it’s the first he’s hearing this so he doesn’t know what to do.I told him I’ll follow up with the manager Monday when he’s in
