They are always busy. Even if you call in your order and get texted that it is ready, be prepared to wait 15 - 30 minutes more. Always check your bag before you leave because you will be missing sauces

My first time going to Joy's after hearing such great things about the restaurant. I ordered a boneless chicken roti and a Sorrel for the drink. The total came out to $22.38 including the tip. The sorrel was great one of the best I've had and not water down at all. But the chicken roti failed mainly because I could taste that someone in the kitchen burned the chicken during the cooking process and rather than wasting product salavgeit like one would do at home. The roti itself was ok though I've had much better.Service was ok. There really wasn't much people inside but there was the old Trini gang hanging out front.

Came down to visit my family and had to have my fix. Always delicious. The beef roti and doubles(slight pepper) were on point as usual, followed with an ice cold Solo Cream Soda to wash things down. Absolutely wonderful.

Ordered online, waited almost 1 hour after the pickup time. Once the order was ready, I opened and checked the sealed bag and the order was incomplete. The meats - beef, duck and goat, were not properly cooked, they were hard to chew.Overall, I've eaten here before and the food is good, but always have issues with the service. They're very disorganized and the online order pickup process needs an overhaul.

Joys was a delight back when it was in the mall. Now, the food is disgusting (stale and nothing but oil). Their doubles are nasty. How is it possible to mess up something like that?

Visited yesterday as a resident bringing two Trinidad friends who were visiting from Trinidad… I always had very good experiences from dining in, yesterday was an entirely different story. Cashier was rude to me (pickup order) and my friends were left waiting 30 mins for their food and when enquired the said cashier was loud and rude to them. I was super embarrassed by this. Let’s just say there are other roti places around I’ll be trying. It isn’t like Caribbean people cannot cook, they choose to purchase.
Lovely atmosphere
