Was taking a friend to pick up car. Decided I was Hungry "Shocker" lol drove up to the L&K Shack Not there Closed Not open any more... Still has a Google link up !!!

This was our first time ordering from this establishment. First off, it is now named BFF. Doordash still has the name as L and J. Not a big deal but just putting the information out there. Next, I ordered 3 chicken and waffle orders (one with blueberries which included an upcharge). I got the order and the blueberries were not there. We live far so I didnt bother to take the food back but I did call to let the restaurant know. The young lady was pleasant over the phone but did insist the blueberries were there. She asked if I could come back to the restaurant and I declined due to the distance. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the order didnt contain blueberries. Also, I believe customer service could be a tad bit better - for starters apologizing for the incovenience. Nevertheless, the food was great and we will definitely give them a try again in the future.

My food was delicious. So sorry about the photos I started to devour it before getting the photo. But my order also came with scrambled egg, grits and bacon . The bacon was really good. I had a large to go order so there was a bit of a wait. I did appreciate the owner making sure the order was correct before we left. I love that this is family owed business. It's not called "L&J" I believe the name is BF which stands for blended family. Next time I'm on this side of the town I'll be sure to stop by again

If I could leave a zero I would the person at the front didn't have any training in what she was doing she didn't know how to take my order took me over 10 min to just have her take my order. Then it was extremely long wait for my food to get this horrible food the wings were the smallest wing I've ever ate in my life this is unacceptable

If the food is good and the service sucks you get 2 stars from me. Unfortunately for this place that was the situation. I ordered thru Uber eats and when my order arrived it was missing grits, coffee, and my sandwich was on white instead of wheat bread. It was good but it was lacking. I was looking forward to the coffee and grits, and didn’t get it. Bad service right from the first order. Might give them another shot, but probably not.

I have ordered a few times from this place on Uber eats. Today I went in to get a pick up order. Everyone was so friendly and informed me about new things on the menu. The food is very good and extremely well priced. This is definitely a diamond in the rough.
Super cheap prices. Delicious food.I go almost every week for the French toast with chicken tenders. The price point is definitely the most attractive part about this establishment because the portion sizes and taste are top notch
