They sell bad frozen seafood they don’t issue refunds and their customer service is horrible. I bought a whole lobster and baked the tail and it came out of the oven and fell apart

Do not buy anything from there. They make you pay first. I paid, and when I received my fish, it was old and not fillet right. I purchased five yellow tails and requested them to be fillet. They gave me strips of fish. The employees do not know how to fillet. I had to call the police. They refused to refund me or give me more fish. Now I have to send more money to take them to court. Please do not buy. The owners are rude. Do not support that business.

I loved Johana.his Customer Service consisted of patience and a smile, Jay was very much what you would call attentive. My to go order had a side of lobster ( bonus). Happy Birthday from the staff was special and amazing( who new) The food was hot and delicious . Jay, being our server, called the shots. If it wasn't for him making everyone aware, manerger, cooks.... everyone worked together with smiles. GREAT EXPERIENCE, definitely coming back. ( I hope Jay is working)?☺️ ?
