Contrary to the many reviews, customer service was excellent. However, that may have to do with the people serving us. They were very patient and let us sample almost every flavor and not once were them short tempered or rushing us. The ice cream is really good, we went late so there weren’t many flavors left for the day.

We recently visited this local Jamaican ice cream place in Miramar, and I was absolutely blown away! They offer an amazing variety of flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. Some of my personal favorites include the Appleton Rum Raisin, Nut Rum, and Pumpkin Rum—flavors that are truly unique to this spot.

The customer service is top-notch, with the staff being super friendly and attentive. The owner is always there working and is incredibly welcoming, making the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

If you’re in the area and looking for a treat that combines traditional flavors with a Jamaican twist, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommend.

I just found this place on Instagram not to long ago and decided to finally give it a try and it was is an absolute delight! I bought seven different flavors for my family and me to try, and we absolutely loved them all. Each flavor was a unique and delicious experience, showcasing the rich and vibrant tastes of the Caribbean.

The variety of flavors is impressive, from classic favorites like Rum Raisin and Grape Nut to more exotic options like Soursop and Callaloo with Saltfish. Every scoop was creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The attention to detail and authenticity in each flavor truly sets this place apart.

The staff at Localicious are friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The shop itself is clean and inviting, with a charming Caribbean vibe that adds to the overall experience.

I will definitely be back again to try more flavors. If you're in Fort Lauderdale and looking for a unique and delicious ice cream experience, Localicious Caribbean Ice Cream is a must-visit!

I love this place so much; the ice cream is so good I can’t get enough! I’ve tried almost all the flavors that don’t have rum on it, and can’t go without having their ice cream at least once every 2 weeks.
The employees there are also very nice, they’ve hired new employees recently and they’re so sweet.
Since it’s an ice cream shop, it smells amazing inside, I love it!
10/10 definitely recommend!
[P.S their Cookie Monster is literally the best thing I’ve laid my tongue on, but don’t be scared to try new flavors since they’re all SOO good!]

LOVEEE it the ice creams taste sooo good, they even have vegan options. The new employees are so nice and it smells delicious in there! 10/10 definitely would go again and definitely recommed.

Poor customer service. I ordered two separate containers of icecream 32 oz and 8 oz on door dash and I received an incorrect order, it honestly looked like a kids cup. I called the store and spoke with a latin gentleman and all he did was blame the door dasher, stating that they gave them two bags. At this point, who's to say who is right or who is wrong. What he DID do was ask me to call back in two minutes because they were busy….really? The staff did nothing to make it right for the customer and its a shame because Ive spent alot of money at this store. Never again. You’re product can be excellent but if youre customer is piss poor, you wont go far.
