The sign on the door says they open at 12pm. The “open” sign was turned to “closed”. Arrived on a Thursday at 12:13pm with my mother and the location was still locked up. No one was seen through the window to assist. I would’ve loved to support but it’s hard to support a small business that is still closed once you arrive!

Not a big fan of the area this ice cream shop is located at, but I love the ice cream here and it is quite affordable too for a good size
They charge extra for spoons. Zero customer service skills. Employees select the tipping % before you pay. Absolutely awful experience I would never go back. Saw a roach as I was on my way out.

Honestly, if I could leave 0 stars I would. We went on a Sunday afternoon. There were 3 employees sitting down who did not greet us after already being inside the ice cream shop for about 3 minutes, we were the only patrons in the shop at the time. That should have been my first red flag to walk out. However, once I walked over and looked in their direction one of the women said to let her know when we were ready. They were very unwelcoming and rude. The lady serving us took the order, I repeated the order 3 times and I guess she could not hear me over her nasty attitude. Then another employee was called over to ring us up before the server even started scooping our ice cream, they do this as a tactic so that you can change your mind once you choose. Someone in my party asked for only 1 sample and was blatantly ignored by our server. Another person in our party was so turned off by the rudeness of all of the workers that they opted to not get anything at all. We had someone in our party visiting from out of town who loves Jamaican Ice Cream and I recommended we try this place because I had never been and I thought it would be good. The ice cream was good but very expensive and it wasn't good enough to overshadow the terrible customer service we got. Needless to say, I will not ever go back to this establishment.It's really sad and disgusting to be treated this way at a place you go to spend money and especially by your own people. There are other Caribbean ice cream shops in the area, if you are looking for one DO NOT go to this one!
