We were the first customers of the day and was told by the waiter/bartender/host to have a seat anywhere. Yes Just 1 girl serving all tables for 2 hours ALONE! She did a great job balancing it all out but it was definitely not fair for her to be alone. We sat and looked at the menu for a moment. She let us know that there was a delay in the kitchen and we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. But that was ok we were there for good food, good drinks and a vibe so we didn't mind. What we ordered: Rum punch 10/10 Money drink 10/10 Grio with banan 10/10 Ribs with fries 10/10 The food was served hot and fresh! The music skipped a little but that was ok. This place is really affordable unlike these other overpriced lounges... We Will definitely be back!

Customer was blah. Had to keep trying to get my server's attention or ask another server to get her. Did not provide what I needed; asked for a half off line to squeeze over my fried fish and she kept giving me circular slices. The fish had NO flavor and took SO long. Music kept stopping and we were 1 of 2 parties/patrons inside. Now I know it exists, but wouldn't get food.

Randomly found this place and it did not disappoint. Very good atmosphere, good vibes. Came on a Saturday night, they had dj who played some of everything, there's hookah which I tried, the food was good and fresh, the drinks!!! That rum punch Is so good! Kenya was a good server, very attentive. Definitely will be coming back

Stopped here after playing pool and they charged $10/person so $40 to come in and order food with NOBODY in their air quotes "club". Do NOT spend your money coming here, we'll see what the food tastes like.

I been here twice to have a great time and the rest was for the food. Their food is amazing and the vibe is always there. I forgot to post the first time around. We had VIP section and the service was a little off that time. But we returned and it was a vibe. I recommend the food 100%

I came to The Spot Lounge on July 19 to celebrate my birthday. I've always wanted to listen to a live sax player and was excited when I learned this establishment has one everyone Wednesday night. Overall my group had a decent time and really enjoyed the sax player. The lounge is a decent size, there are about 5 sections, normal seating at tables, and bar seating. The drinks were good and so were the wings we ordered. One of the members from my group had the rice in a pineapple, though it looked good she had to send it back because it didn't taste good. Our servicer was very attentive and friendly. She was patient and answered all of our questions. The reason for the three stars is because I tried to reach this establishment multiple times leading up to my birthday and didn't get a response until the day of. I called the number a different times during business and sent messages to their social media page to find out if I needed to make reservations. This nearly caused me to not even attend this establishment. Also on Wednesday if you have a group of 5 or more ladies you receive a free bottle of wine. I do wish we were able to choose the wine because we were given an extremely dry wine and no one drank it. So I feel that was wasteful.

This establishment is located in a strip mall/plaza, so there is plenty of parking. Upon entering it looks like a normal lounge spot; a bar area, tables, high tops, and sections. Be careful when walking in this place because the floors are super slippery. I went on Wednesday for wine down Wednesday. The place wasn't packed at all. The saxophone player was amazing, was the highlight of the day. The DJ was terrible didn't play any good music. The food was okay. The drinks were good.

Went here last night (Thursday) for dinner and hookah. The location is nicely decorative with comfortable furniture and good music. Although traffic inside of the lounge was very minimal (5 people including me and my friend), service was extremely slow. We ordered shrimp and fries appetizer, jerk chicken pasta, jerk shrimp pasta, hookah, and 2 drinks. The drinks were okay but our server never came back to ask us if we wanted more. The server forgot to put in our hookah order and it didn't come out until after we started eating our entree. The hookah was decent but was missing the added mint we requested. The shrimp and fries appetizer was but the pastas we're a little too wet/saucy. Overall, I would try it again to see if I got a different experience.

Really was looking forward to this place...seem like something I would like with the saxophone and all. But the music was too loud and I'm a party animal! I am also a Haitian but would har loved more of an variety on the menu. Haitian food is great but it's really not good for you and the only healthy alternative was a frozen veggie burger. So I got mozzarella sticks but they had no marinara sauce. I love the thought of this place but someone please think it all the way through...the bartenders are not the best at making drinks. My girl ordered one of their signature drinks and honestly it was nasty. I'm sorry I don't want to be mean but it was. Let the bottles girls serve bottles, let the waitress be waitresses and the bartenders be bartenders. Seem like yaw had bottle girls doing everything...smh

Decided to come to The Spot for a chill Friday hangout with my friends. One of my friends highly recommended this place to catch a good bite to eat and drink. When we walked in, the music was amazing. The DJ was playing all the best tunes which created a nice vibe for the evening. The restaurant has a nice dark and red ambiance which creates the perfect evening for some fun or a cute date night. Also the lounge has a plethora of TVs so you can watch any sporting event going on while you enjoy your time. Our waitress Tiffany was very nice, accommodating, and helpful since this was our first time here. We ordered some drinks which were great (had the right amount of liquor and juice balance). Then we ordered the lemon pepper wings and mango habanero wings which were amazing! They were fried crispy packed with flavor. The mango habanero had a great blend of sweet and spicy flavor where it wasn't overpowering. I definitely will be coming back to experience more of the food and vibes from The Spot.
