Y'all have to do better to call yourselves a representative of the McDonald's brand! On November 28th, Mobile Order # QF47-6746166 @ 00:15:14 hours was made for a McChicken sandwich and a large fry. First of all, the fries were stale. Second of all, the McChicken was one of the nastiest things I ever tasted. It was old, burnt, hard, and had pretty much nothing in it. I can't belive that would just give your customers just anything for how much you charge them. I wish I could press charges against this location for robbing people by cutting corners. This is not what was paid for!!!

Location Matters. It seems that they have new employees. Which is okay but I hoped they were more trained. Reason being in this picture I ordered a quarter pounder meal, which I don’t usually eat fast food as much but when I do I go to this McDonald’s location. Yet, I’ve bit into an alive cow it was still bleeding. It was pink. The only thing this quarter pounder wasn’t doing was “mooo-moo” like a cow. I went in store to show what I’ve bit they just took the burger to the back with no explanation or apology, and the cashier actually had to go in the back to do it herself. There was no teamwork. So I decided to just leave without the burger because I was already discussed my appetite was gone.

I ordered in drive thru a five dollar meal today. Upon eating my food, I bit into something squishy but unrecognizable. I didn’t even eat my fries because they were so incredibly stale. Fix it Jesus.
If zero stars was an option that what I would rate this McDonald's. I went to the drive thru ordered my food and a large cup of ice. The young lady working drive thru had a nasty attitude and told me that I could not get a large cup of ice. When I ordered it I told her I had no problem paying for the cup and ice and she said that wasn't an option. I then told her that it wasn't a problem last night and she responded that I don't care what you got last night you're not getting it tonight. I even offered to purchase a large soda with no soda and she just started screaming at me. This girl needs to check her attitude and learn how to speak to customers without a nasty ghetto attitude

Employees or company don’t know which one but they steal money went thru the drive thru ordered thru mobile app the boy read me my order back at the first window second window I went too they told me they didn’t have what was one my order and that he counting refund it I asked him well why would you guys put the order through and take my money his response was we can’t see your order until it’s through literally right after someone ALREADY read it too me . They are liars and thieves !!!!! Then after I contacted McDonalds Customer survive they told me go back to the restaurant and get my refund McDonald’s company is just trash in general !!!
