The service was absolutely abhorrent. There was a guy at the window that made a very nasty remark when we asked for clarification on what drinks were available. 10/10 never recommending.

Walk in 6:30am lady looks at me and throws water on floor were I have to go and walk to the kiosk to order food not a care in the world if I get wet with I did and or slip and fall. I wanted to smack this lady so hard so disrespectful. Should had fell and made a lawsuit.

This McDonald’s needs to be shut down or completely restaffed. The customer service is terrible, and the food always tastes old. There are often people hanging around the drive-thru asking for money, which makes the area feel unsafe for customers just trying to order.
The juice machine always tastes watered down, and the staff constantly make you wait forever for your order, only to forget your food half the time. It’s disappointing that a big name like McDonald’s allows a location to run like this.
I won’t be coming back this place seriously needs attention and new management.

This review is not for the store itself because well as you can see from the other reviews the stars speak for themselves. However, my 5🌟 is for an associate named Mya (pink hair). I have to take a minute to write this review about the exceptional service given to me at the drive thru from Mya. I hope I spelled her name right but she has pink hair if that helps. I normally order on the app because its just more convenient for me. I pull up to the drive thru and she immediately greets me with welcome to McDonalds will you be using your mobile app today. Thats how I knew instantly her customer service was excellent as I frequent this McDonalds every week and normally you wait 8 minutes just to get told wait one second. Anyway back to Mya. I gave her my code and name. She quickly located my order and then asked did I need anything else!! I had to look around to make sure I was at the right McDonalds!! I no thanked her and drove up. When I reached the window she greeted me again and printed out my receipt. I had to give her her flowers immediately and praise her outstanding service. I told her I would be writing a review and here I am. Thank you Mya (pink hair) for making me re-believe that people still have exceptional customer service skills and no matter the position, professionalism is a value that remains true. Kudos to you and great work!
