I would like to say a big thank you to Naquavia adams she was wonderful her customer service was outrageous I’m a frequent customer at this location for almost 10 years and she was the best encounter I’ve had at this location. She was very nice and patient she kept a smile which I appreciated very much I pray she can grow at this location. she’s the definition of customer service representative. I would like for recognize Naquavia adams for her excellence.

When I have gone I have had to wait a long time. There are almost always people but as soon as they arrive they also leave, the bathrooms are very clean, a good atmosphere to go with the family.

On my mobile order, i put the condiments on there. And there were no sauces in my bag. Employee was asking me which sauces I wanted, but that’s the point of ordering the sauces online along with the items.

2 months later: I ordered a large fry and received a halfway empty container of fries. Won’t come here again.

This McDonald's sucks. You say no cheese...they put 2 slices!!!! What is wrong with you, everytime I go there and say noooo cheeeese you put cheese!!! And then you get an attitude when I call and ask why is it so hard to NOT put something on a sandwich!!!

This has to be one of the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered with. They have the WORST customer service ever. The cashier is incompetent and clueless. The managers are rude and inconsiderate. I went through the drive-thru this morning, and I ordered my meal. I have the mobile app which I am a loyalty member. I had a code that I gave to the cashier. When I got to the window to pay for my food they informed me that I owed $10 for my meal. I proceeded to show the cashier my phone which she then scanned and then proceeded to tell me that I just got points. This has to be one of the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered with. I have the mobile app which I am a loyalty member. I had a code that I gave to the cashier. When I got to the window to pay for my food they informed me that I owed $10 for my meal. I proceeded to show the cashier my phone which she then scanned and then proceeded to tell me that I just got points. I informed her that it was a code was for me to get my meal for 5.49. I am a loyal customer and have been coming to McDonald’s for years.I showed the cashier numerous times that my meal was for $5.49. She entered the code and when I asked her much she stated it was $10+. If I wanted to pay $10 I wouldn’t have used the app. She then called her manager who had a disgusting attitude with me. I kept showing them my phone where it clearly said they used my code and my meal was supposed to be $5.49 +tax. The manager preceded to tell me that her drive thru was backed up, and why can’t I just pay it, it’s only $10.Why would I pay that when they used my code for a discounted meal. I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER return to the lackluster environment. McDonald’s needs to do better in selecting people who manage their establishments. It’s not about the money, I would pay the $10 but if I have a code, the price should be honored. Don’t waste your TIME, ENERGY or MONEY coming to this establishment.

A lot of ppl would love to get hired. I'm confused why this location is short staffed especially when it's late night and demand is high. So I blame management and probably even the franchise owner because the reviews are public. And it's been like this for yearssssssssssssssssss. Ridiculous man. It's not gourmet. It's fast food. FAST FOOD.

I do Uber, so I go to many different locations, whichever is closest to where I happen to be at any given time.
Not only is this location one of the most EXPENSIVE I've seen, but the service was APPALLING! Everything seemed lazy and disorganized. I had to wait 15 minutes for my breakfast! When I finally got it, the manager wanted to offer me a free meal for when I come next time. Unfortunately, I won't be back, NOT EVEN for a free meal!

I waited so long that it gave me plenty of time to read a lot of the reviews. I really hope the manager reads them, because the message is very clear! This location needs to replace the hole staff!

The customer service here is the worse. Majority of the staff will literally play games with your pickup orders. I’ve been here multiple times and 90% of the time there’s a problem with the staff or the order. Somehow even with the issues there, they still have long lines.
