I was very critical of this McDonald's, which I removed, because of the rude and unattractive attitude of the staff, and lack of understanding of fast food business. But looks like management finally listened and made some improvements that are very noticeable now. Ordering online for a curb side pickup doesn't take going into the restaurant anymore asking where my order. It was like that before. Now the staff is much nicer, friendlier, and responsive to the needs of the customer. This is a big positive in my book, and a great improvements. Because pissing off, and irritating customers, is the best way to lose customers forever and lose your business.

The Burgers are EXTREMELY SALTTTT. I’ve never had a burger that salt in my life. Returned it and they gave me a new order and it was still salt, I had to throw it away when I got home. I’m going to look into Reporting this Corporate. This will sick kids & the Elderly.

The staff at the drive through intimidation towards uber and Lyft drivers threatening them so the driver breaks down and cancels the order this way they do not have to prepare it for the Costomer it is a place drone hell if you don’t believe me go see for yourself at night btw I will be contacting a lawyer to possibly sue them and contact there corporate office as well and file multiple complaints with the state of Florida

The people, particularly management because everything starts from the top...could be better. I had a case here where I was homeless at one time, came in and spent 12 dollars and tried to charge me electronic device only to be told their was a time LIMIT for any customer to be there after almost 2 hours. I remember like it was yesterday. A young lady came and told me I had a time limit and if I didn't leave they would CALL THE POLICE. I TOLD HER I WOULD TELL CORPORATE AND HER MANAGER AND ESCALATE THIS SITUATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. SHE CALLED POLICE AND HAD ME TRESPASSED. I GREW UP COMING TO THIS LOCATION
I was hungry I tore up the burger n see this black piece sitting on side of my burger I was thinking it’s a burnt piece but I actually smelt it n it smell stink like poop .. like am I tripping or this is really rat dropping in my food. Now I don’t feel good I’m having body aches
