Today I went through the drive through. I look in my bag. Looks like my order. I ordered a steak and cheese and a smash burger with just cheese. I start my 45 minute drive and and once I’m on the highway I realize what I thought was a steak and cheese was actually a meatball sub and what I thought was a smash burger with cheese was a double cheeseburger with bacon. I usually would just eat the food if it’s a mistake but both options have pork. So I call the store and the employee answers and I say hey man I got the wrong order. He says did you get the meatball sub ? I say yes and he hands the phone to the manager. The manager then starts to question my story making me seem like I’m trying to get one on them. Like I’m lying, even though I told him his employee confessed to the mistake and that I can’t consume the food he still would not refund my order. To spend money on nothing you can’t eat and not get a refund when a manager knows an employee made a mistake is insane. I’m sorry when your business gets something wrong and an employee admits to the mistake you fix it immediately

Look at attached photo of my philly cheesecake! The employee said stated that is all the steak they put on the sub roll. I have eaten the philly cheesecake numerous times and never had so little steak. I will not be back.

I ordered catering with the Grill Wings and some Gyro on the side, and everything showed up hot and packed like it should be. The wings came in solid containers that actually kept the heat, not those cheap trays that get soggy. Honestly wasn't expecting it to arrive this fresh.

The food and service here is incredible. It's been years since I came to any Miami grill location but I will definitely be back because of the friendly service and excellent food. All the tables were clean, and the restrooms as well. There are a lot of options on the menu to choose from and with reasonable prices. There is a different lunch special everyday for 7.99
This is a meal of $10! Dolars . I've never thrown money away like this on food.

I was trying to call them to tell them that i wanted my wings dipped in Bbq sauce no one picked up the phone i called multiple times no answer my food got to my house it wasn’t fresh Horrible service i was upset about my food they need better service My food wasn’t how i wanted because no one answered the phone !!!
