Very rude service. They drenched the burgers in mayo…, who does that? And they don’t tell you and they don’t list it as an ingredient. Person who took my order seemed like she’d rather be anywhere in the world other than working here. The burger itself was dry and overcooked. And lukewarm.
Miami Grill is one and done for me. Never been here before and I’ll never go to another location.

Experience here is usually pleasant if not neutral. If I'm not here to eat, I'm here to pick up an order. At night, when you have to use the drive through, the line can last up to half an hour. While there isn't usually a problem, every now and then, staff with explosively drop the ball. If I'm waiting in a line wrapped around the location and wait 10 minutes just to the intercom, the least you can do when I tell you that I'm an Uber driver is ask me which order I'm here for, confirm that it exist, then instruct me on what to do next. Unfortunately, if you aren't going in to pick up, what you get is just "drive up", wait another 10- 15 minutes, and when you get to the window, they tell you that they gave the order to the car prior to yours. They confirmed nothing and don’t know what’s going on, but “can you pull forward while you figure things out?” These delivery drivers aren’t getting paid for time or good intentions and their vehicles don’t run on it either. Nearly half an hour wasted and I gained nothing from it. This is one of those locations I frequently take long pauses before accepting requests from at night. There’s almost always going to be a wait, which is understandable, but employee fumbles resulting in customer losses is not.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever been too. Drove 20 minutes to get there to get 2 salads. Both salads have brown lettuce, one salad didn’t have chicken, and they didn’t provide the dressing. The manager told me to drive all the way back to get my refund. He said was a complete asshole about it. I would give negative stars if I could.

Please train the staff to make a proper cheesesteak. I never know whether i’m going to end up with a cheesesteak or a beef sandwich from this location. When you make a cheesesteak, you melt the cheese on the steak, not on the bread.
