I ordered a whole Philly cheesesteak and was charged for a meal which I did not get. More than half the sub roll had no meat in it. This is my first time at Miami subs and I will never return I was charged 1499 for a whole sub that barely had any meat in it.My sub roll was burnt it was hard to bite into. Most of it was just bread and I was charged for a meal that I did not get I will never be back.

Top-notch employees and food!! I've been to other Miami Grills but this one tasted beyond delicious. I ordered a steak and cheese with the works and onion rings in the place of fries....beyond delicious. I asked the chef to make my steak well-done & he did it!! Wonderful people work here & they care about serving delicious, wonderful food. I barely write reviews but was compelled to as it was so very delicious!! ? The establishment was clean as well.

I love this place we used to have one in Tampa and they closed it long time ago so I went for couple of days to miami and we went for dinner on this day.
It's crazy the food prices here. For a 10 pc fried wings with a little amount of fries and celery, $18.00 plus cost more if you want an extra sauce. Not worth

This place ain't what i used to be. I specifically ask them to grill my gyro extra crispy so it won't be soggy. And i get home and what i got.... cold soggy gyro balony sandwich. Save yourself go somewhere else.

The drive-thru crew working tonight, was amazing! Not only were they quick & efficient, they also went above & beyond! I recently started collecting Wynwood Mural cups, and was excited to see the newest one had dropped. I made the 20-minute drive to this location (closest one to me) and although the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building I figured it was worth the wait to get the newest cup. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the line went, and already knew they must be a pretty great team.When I went to pay, I was told they were out of the special cups, & although I was disappointed, I accepted there wasnt anything that could done. But thanks to one employee who assured the others there was a brand new box, they found the cups and totally made my night! In my experience most restaurant employees would not have cared enough to even look, so I was very impressed and extremely gratful. It's because of great customer service like this that I will continue to go out of my way to eat at Miami Grill, & hopefully complete my cup collection!
