When I lived in the area years ago this was my go to for ribs. I was in the area for a funeral and decided to stop by to buy food for my family. I was extremely disappointed with the rib tip meal, which consisted of burnt and overcooked rib tips and what looked like scraps. Then to get collards was considered a premium side that was an additional $2.50 only to get a very small cup of cabbage and collards that may have had 3 to 4
bites. Was a waste of my time and money. Will never go back.

It you want delish chicken souse or just great barbecue this food truck is the way to go. The young man that took our order was less than enthused. That's when you know the food good

I don’t know what’s going on. My husband and I came to buy souse on a Saturday night. One chicken and one pork. This was not souse. It was pork bones and chicken shreds with so much sodium you’ll go into a high blood pressure coma. We used to come here all the time. I’m not sure if the souse people are different from the previous ones but we will not be going back. Just a waste of money.

I knew this place had to be good because of the line that’s always long when I passed by. Today I came at a slower time and the rib tip dinner was absolutely amazing! I’ve been looking for this taste since I’ve moved to Florida 7 years ago. The ribs were so tender, service was so nice! I’ll wait in that line if I have too for now on.

The best ribs I’ve EVER had. I’ve only had ribs, I want to try other things but the ribs are so good. Bomb potato salad, bomb Mac n cheese. Great customer service, helpful staff. No complaints!

The food is consistent with flavor and how it's cooked. This BBQ spot has never been hit or miss for me. I would recommend everyone to try them. While waiting you will enjoy music being played that's nice to listen to.
