I always come here as a different person. I mean I lose weight, gain weight. Change hairstyles and Trudy always knows who I am and what I like to order. She makes it her business to give great service even with her calm unbothered look. 🤣😂🤣🤣 She knows my order be large and anticipates it. When I tell her just me, she knows what I want. Love her.

I've been buying from here for years but for some reason. Lately it's been off. Today I ordered 16 extra crispy sweet and spicy, extra crispy. My fault for not checking it was not well done soggy and I was given only 15 wings. They never answer the phone. Please do better!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. Their employee Trudy was really nice and helpful. She had a smile on her face and even gave me a free cookie. ☝🏾❤️Trudy. Food was delicious and tasty, especially the onion rings; don’t knock it til you try it. Thank you Trudy!😁

They never answer tbe phone

I love this place. Prices are driving up tho and there is a young lady working there who when I get her I almost dread it every time. Very dismissive attitude. Other than them removing the wing deals they had that made me come there they serve decent wings and I pick them over most places to get chicken wings. Just please keep in mind just because it's in Lauderhill doesn't mean be mean or rude to people. I've worked fast food most of my life and didn't/don't treat people LIKE THAT

I ordered right when the store opened and it took them 1 hour to make my wings and fries.. my door dasher even told me that they were serving new customers before even making my food, so ridiculous wouldn’t even answer the phone . I’m never ordering from here again, worst customer service with food I’ve ever experienced in my life

I feel bad for anyone getting their wings anywhere else, there’s no competition when it comes to these wings, because really these wings are 100 & the chefs are artists painting the canvas that’s referred to as taste buds

I attempted to call one day 3 times to ask aquestion and the phone went to voicemail and then the voicemail was full! What kind of business practice ia this?!?!?!? It was during daytime hours and NO PICK UP!
That's horrible for business and shows you have unskilled/unqualified management.

They never answered the phone, they stopped answering the phone since 2020. Very bad service very privileged company and they wings are not the best in the world.

They fry the wings so hard they taste like chips, so you have to order it soft. They’re a bit pricey as well. And they never answer the phone so calling in ahead of time is never an option.

I was extremely hungry and forgot to take my before picture, but because the wings were so delicious I wanted to leave a review and yes. I ate it down to da bone!! The sweet and tangy was a 10 out of 10. My 1st time here, but will be back.
