Ordered food on DoorDash order two sides of rice and six pieces of chicken. All the pieces of chicken are burnt can barely chew and for five dollars for maybe a cup and a half of rice and peas is ridiculous

Every single time I come here to pick up food I have to wait more then 20-30 after promised time. That's bad business, I understand the food is made to order but they def need to work on time efficiency or hire more chefs. This is ridiculous. The restaurant always full cause it all the people waiting. As a delivery driver we didn't work on the hour we work by delivery. So if I have multiple orders the other food getting child from waiting so long.3 weeks later and the order still taking longer then 20 minutes. Def one of the worst when it comes to this

The restaurant has massive potential but the service is extremely slow always. This may be one of the main reasons why people complain about getting their orders incorrect. Only one person taking g care.of the counter, punching in orders and packing bags for customers. The counter may be friendly, but service is not good if you are always running back and forth. Get it right!

Worst....Worst service. First girl completely messes up my order, start speaking to the next girl to correct my order and shes ignore me to tend to a customer that comes in stating she's a good critic

If this place has no regards to people’s time place order 4:17pm and was told 15-20 mins did not receive my food 5:32 pm this place has no regard for uber eats folks either it’s crazy work

Why am I charged a .50 cents service fee if I am standing in the restaurant and ordering the meal plus a 3.9% if I use any card whether debit or credit while the cashier only ask cash or card but refuse to explain that using any card you pay an additional 3.9%. With all these additional cost, wait time should be minimal and customer service superb.

I ordered food twice within 2 days and both days they send me what they have available not what I ordered.

Example ;
1. I ordered chicken soup and they sent me pork red peas soup.

2. I ordered brown stew fish and fried green plantain and they sent me a high foul Oder spoiled fish with rice and peas.

When I speak to the supervisor/manager, he find every excuse in the book instead of taking accountability, own the issue and offer a solution. He proceeded to say that they tried calling me to tell me that they are not sending what i ordered but they didn’t get through to my Paso they bring the wrong order to me. I told him that I don’t see a missed call from them (this appears to be a tactic to sell whatever they have left regardless of what the customer wants).

I asked him if he can switch out the food for something else , he said I have to contact Uber eats because the order wasn’t placed through them. He trying to save a dollar but will in turn lose more money.
