I order a rasta pasta and food wasn’t to my satisfaction, they have more sweet pepper ?️ than pasta , no meat wasn’t in there .. flat pasta , I was charged a service charge and 9% surcharge for using my debit/credit , when I asked the server why was I charged and never informed about it , she explain the service charge for some plate and was told not to informed customers about the card surcharge which is ridiculous , I said what if I wanted to use cash instead ??? Smh ??‍♂️ this will be my last time here .never again

As an avid food enthusiast, I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a culinary journey that left me utterly enchanted and satisfied. My taste buds were treated to the exquisite flavors of Jamaica at a delightful eatery that showcased the best of Caribbean cuisine.Let's start with the star of the show - the Rice and Peas. Served steaming hot with a tantalizing blend of coconut milk, kidney beans, and aromatic spices, each spoonful was a symphony of flavors. The grains were perfectly cooked, with a fluffy texture that complemented the creamy richness of the coconut milk (somebody's granny is in the back with her blender making this coconut milk fresh daily). It was a comforting and hearty dish that instantly transported me to the sunny shores of Jamaica. Now, onto the Jerk Pork - a true masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship. The succulent pork was marinated to perfection in a fiery blend of scotch bonnet peppers, aromatic herbs, and smoky spices. The result? A tender, juicy delight with a kick that awakened my taste buds in the most delightful way. The charred edges added a delightful crunch, enhancing the overall sensory experience. The presentation of the meal was impeccable, reflecting the care and attention to detail put into every dish. The vibrant colors and aromatic aromas teased the senses even before the first bite. What truly sets this dining experience apart, however, is the passion and dedication of the chefs. Their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques shines through in every bite.In conclusion, my culinary journey with the Rice and Peas & Jerk Pork was nothing short of extraordinary. It's not just a meal; it's a cultural immersion, a celebration of flavors that lingers long after the last bite. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or simply someone craving a taste of the Caribbean, this is a dining experience not to be missed.

This was the most dissatisfying meal I’ve had in a while. We chose the fried chicken with rice and peas, and it was tasteless. The meal had zero seasoning, which is not representative of any Jamaican or Caribbean fare. My rice was soaked with an overly sweet, pasty, ketchupy type gravy, topped off with parsley, which I did not ask for.We all visit restaurants for the food. It is the primary reason for going there… To eat! The ambiance and everything else is secondary. Understanding your customer base and their expectations are of the utmost importance. Our experience at PanFyah was upsetting as our time and money was not well spent.Sometimes harsh criticism is necessary to encourage improvement. For now, we will not return.

I love love love the barbie fry and jerk chicken. Yes there is a little wait but my advice would be to call and order in advance. They call you back and tell you your order is ready. It is worth the wait everytime.

Service just took entirely too long, not worth it in my opinion. Sucks because I had high hopes for this place.

I am pleased & impressed with not only the vibe in this establishment, but the customer service was spot on. As we entered, our intentions were originally to meet and greet ourselves and fellow neighboring business but quickly were ordering to go specials.I hope I may get the opportunity to meet the owner or General Manager at this establishment. I believe highly in community growth. ?

I got the rasta pasta. The jerk & shrimp pasta, the Barbi fry chicken w rice n peas. The chicken Barbi fry was fantastic, tender and flavorful the rice n Peas were great as well. The jerk chicken some of the best jerk I've ever had and the shrimp jerk fire as well you could taste the grill flavor, amazing. The pasta underneath although was lackluster if it wasn't for the flavor dripping off of the jerk it would've been a pass. The white sauce is thin and bland nothing to write home about, truly was saved by the jerk juices that blessed the pasta with its great flavor. This brings me to the rasta pasta. I imagine this isn't a popular dish. It was exactly what I expected it would be without the blessing of the jerk, flavorless. The addition of the plantains brought it some life but that was it's only saving grace. After picking off all the plantains the pasta itself was a definite pass. I found myself picking pieces of jerk to add it to the rasta pasta, and in fact considered mixing the two pastas just for that flavor. The rasta pasta also had cheese on it...so I'm not sure how that fits into rasta diet, but there could've have been more added to the rasta pasta in my opinion that would have livelyed it up. Tomatoes, mushrooms maybe, and a bit of flavor. Besides this the juices where fire and I heard they juice there juices in house...but that's some good juice. ?? All in all the meat was fire. Jerk was fire. Rice n Peas damn good. Pasta meh. Rasta Pasta is a pass. The Juice ..it hit. Bit pricey but good.

The food is pretty good. The wait is ridiculous. I wouldn't come back if I had to wait in line for the amount of time I waited.

Just decided to try this place for the first time and unfortunately front desk ruined it. Chick with the blonde lace front working today around 4pm needs to learn customer service. You guys were out of the Pepsi bottles so I asked if I can simply get a few of the mini Pepsi cans to make up the 20oz size. She said she couldn’t do that and had a nasty attitude about it, as if it’ll come out her paycheck. It makes common sense to do that when yall are out of something. Thank goodness the manager called me after I left to rectify the problem. Hopefully other first timers will have a better experience.

We ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas, jerk shrimp pasta, and a side of plantain. EVERYTHING was delicious!! The kitchen do their thing everytime, never disappoint. The bbq gravy complimented the rice nicely and it wasn’t mushy. No picture of the plates because the food done and gone. Definitely, going back!!
