I will never forget that Friday where I was desperately looking for a Haitian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale near my hotel while I was in Florida for a quick vacation. I ended going to Wally Jean’s Paradise, OGM that guy Billy is the man he was nice, well spoken, professional. On 11/12/25 I ordered legume it tasted nasty they put much of sour or vinegar.Cooking oil floating on top of the legume. Customer service not friendly they don't greet you and to say thank. Overall bad customer service.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats on 10/13/2025, and was absolutely disgusted to find a large roach in my meal. It’s unfortunate because I ate here regularly and now I’m traumatized by the experience.

I’ve attached photos as proof. This is not a small mistake — it’s a serious food safety and sanitation issue. I immediately reported it to Uber Eats and the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation for inspection.

Please be careful ordering from this restaurant until they address their hygiene and kitchen conditions. No customer should ever experience something like this.

This restaurant horrible… customer service is horrible… no consideration for people time…they keep stuff in their menu that they don’t have.. it took 2 Ubers driver to get othe man’s 2 hours and half to receive my food
