The young ladies working behind the counter are rude and not friendly at all. They look at you like you have 5 heads and when you ask for something act like you’re bothering them and then you say thank you and they just turn and walk away. Will not return will spend my $30 elsewhere where I feel appreciated.

Not authentic desserts. At all. I ordered about 5 different pastries to try and they all tasted store bought and not fresh. I ended up throwing them away, unfortunately. I was expecting a real bakery where the pastries are crispy and delicious. It was the exact opposite of that. The 3 stars if for the lavender tea with the boba. That one was done well.

Sadly this is a beautiful place with a horrible service. Usually I went there around 8 or 9. They deny services. They are mean. Is sadly the 4th time I get bad service from ladys at night shift. I just go there because my daughter wants some tea. But this people don't want to work. I support these bussines since they open. And this is the worst place of all. It is sad. Because products are good. Please Do better. Get rid of these girls. I was attended by Ivanna this time. Is the name I got in my receipt. But I being mistreat multiple times. It doesnt matter the time 8:30 or 9 they dont carry bubble tea because they are closing. This is very dissapointed. They don't listen because they always ignoring you. When they make mistakes they just don't want to listen and give you their back and talk between them.

Great place with authentic French stuff. They just take a little long for latte but it's well worth it.The bakery gives a very light asian fusion vibe. Gave me asian bakeries from California with presentation of snacks in the entrance of the store. The coffee is really sweet and i did not like it

This is a nice place to study or get work done. I like that they are open late and have outlets/extensions at each table. I came on a weekday evening and ordered a hot ginger tea. It was a little too sweet for my liking, but it was nice to sip on slowly. The place wasn't too busy. Service was a little bit slow. When I came in, there was no one at the register, and I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone came out. However, after I ordered my drink, I didn't interact with the staff much, so I can't really say service is too important if you're planning on sitting in. The inside of the restaurant was clean and organized. The pastries were all individually wrapped, which I think is better than sitting in the open air like at other bakeries. And if you come after 9pm, some of the pastries go on sale for 50% off. The seats can be a bit uncomfortable. Some of the seats have cushions, but the booth seats are just wooden. Overall, I give this place a 4/5. It feels very similar to a paris baguette vibe or similar korean bakery cafes. And I'd love to come back and try a cake or one of their food bowls.

Great bakery! I typically go to the Davie location to study, but this spot is good as well. It's a bit smaller, so seating can be limited at times. However, all of their baked goods are delicious, and I always enjoy their milk tea boba!

My son and I visited Paris morning on December 31st, 2023. My two kids and their friends frequently ask for boba tea, multiple times a week. When we entered the store there was only one customer being serviced. I told my son to order the three boba teas which he always gets for himself, my daughter and my wife. He placed the order and we proceeded to browse the pastry selections to add to the order. A couple walked in and approached the counter to place an order. The young lady at the register firmly spoke across the store that we should pay now for part of the order so that she could take care of the couple who were next. I mentioned we are picking out something else to add to the order. She said, do you want me to cancel this so I can take care of the nexxt couple. I said go right ahead. The couple paid and my son had to reorder the custom order all over again. When the couple walked out of the store, I firmly said, "do you always make someone pay for a partial order before completing the order so that you could take the next in lines' order?" The couple who were next in line were not rushing or being annoyed to place an order, so there was no reason to rush us.If there was a problem with the process, why did she not make the customer ahead of us pay so that she could process us. I heard her clearly mention to the person making the boba for the person ahead of us that she did not pay, so why was it different with us. You can see from my profile that I'm not a huge reviewer online but when someone makes me feel uncomfortable I tend to speak up. I believe she should be retrained or dismissed because we will no longer spend $75 -$100 per week at your bakery. Sometimes we even visit with up to six of us to patronize the location. Maybe I was viewed differently for my rough exterior and the good looking couple after us gave a different impression. I don't know, but this issue arises occasionally because of my rough exterior. Very, very disappointed to have to find another location to visit. We live just behind your location in Inverrary. We could practically walk there.

The whipped cream cakes are unique to the he Far East. Much lighter and tastier than Western cake icing. You gotta try it. If (when) you decide to get a full cake make sure you get it to a refrigerator within two hours. Also, unlike Western pastry fillings are what we might call “different “ unless you’re used to using chili beans in your baked goodsAlso after 9 pm lots of their items are sold at 50% off.
