I moved to the area a month ago and being Haitian , naturally looking for Haitain food . This place is a hidden gem!!! Hats off to the chef in the back!!! Food was beyond expectations!!! This place has a new customer!!! 10/10!

The food there is the best Haitian food I ever had in Broward and Miami Dade.
You can definitely tell that they actually take time to cook the food. I definitely recommend it.

Server Dominic is the nicest sweetest person, always polite and make sure food is prepared and made the right way. Food is very very good, one of the best in town, friendly atmosphere, great place for a date night, they have small table activities to do while you wait!!! What else could you ask for

1st and foremost I have to say I've been to this place before a long time ago when I was on my vegan journey and it was pretty good It was late I was hungry and fast forward I'm no longer a vegan but I wanted some good food so I figured I would try this place again and boy am I glad I did The food was phenomenal I had very specific requests and they delivered exceptionally A lot of times when eating goat it can be tough This was succulent and falling off of the bone The rice was exceptional the gravy delicious and the macaroni with chefs kiss I would have taken a picture but I started eating it lol if you guys are looking for amazing food after hours and you want authentic Caribbean cuisine you have to try pavilion 10Stars also the hostess is a super sweet every time we've interacted she's always been so hospitable and patient

As a Haitian-American professional who barely has time to cook, I'm always in search of authentic Haitian cuisine, and Pavillon Restaurant & Bar in Lauderhill has just that! I was introduced to this restaurant through a random Google search for Haitian restaurants that served one of my favorite dishes, boulette (fried Haitian meatballs). I tried theirs and have been hooked ever since. The meatballs are well-seasoned with a spicy kick, making them absolutely delightful.

For a side, I always get banan peze (fried plantains) and diri kole, which is rice and red beans—Haiti's national dish. Both sides complement the meatballs perfectly and add to the authenticity of the meal.

The owner is a warm, pleasant woman who provides great service, making every visit enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic Haitian cuisine, Pavillon Restaurant & Bar is the place to try.

BEST HATIAN FOOD IN BROWARD!!!!!!Ordered 4 times now! THE GRIOT IS SO GOOD AND THE CHICKEN IN SAUCE IS 1000000% the best EVER!! The rice is so soft and perfect the beans are tasteful and the pikliz is DELICIOUS!!!! I also ordered again and got Haitian spaghetti and it’s my top fav dish here!! Must try! The sausage and the flavor of the noodles are Intense ?

Got peas and rice, griot and fried plantain from here today and just a few hours later I’m throwing everything up. Would not eat from here again.
