Top tier Haitian culture experience

Griot might have been the best I've had in my life. It was so good I couldn't even take a picture I ate it so quick... It was nice, tender and juicy... My sister who stop eating pork even had to taste it because it smelled so good...

Purchased a fritay platter for $34 with side of rice. The rice was not fully cooked. The chicken tasted like leftovers, and there's not enough chicken for $34 it use to be $29 . The owner not so welcoming . Wont be ordering from there again.

Pavilion Restaurant & Bar serves some of the best Haitian food I’ve had! I tried both the griot and the fried chicken, and they were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The griot was tender and soft, just how it should be. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back!

By far, one of my favorites Haitian food spots in Broward County. The food is delicious and the price is very reasonable. My most ordered food is the boulet, seafood legume and the lambi. I LOVE
their pikliz.
There's going to be a wait, but once you taste the food, you will forgive them. I highly recommend.

The food there is the best Haitian food I ever had in Broward and Miami Dade.
You can definitely tell that they actually take time to cook the food. I definitely recommend it.

Server Dominic is the nicest sweetest person, always polite and make sure food is prepared and made the right way. Food is very very good, one of the best in town, friendly atmosphere, great place for a date night, they have small table activities to do while you wait!!! What else could you ask for

1st and foremost I have to say I've been to this place before a long time ago when I was on my vegan journey and it was pretty good It was late I was hungry and fast forward I'm no longer a vegan but I wanted some good food so I figured I would try this place again and boy am I glad I did The food was phenomenal I had very specific requests and they delivered exceptionally A lot of times when eating goat it can be tough This was succulent and falling off of the bone The rice was exceptional the gravy delicious and the macaroni with chefs kiss I would have taken a picture but I started eating it lol if you guys are looking for amazing food after hours and you want authentic Caribbean cuisine you have to try pavilion 10Stars also the hostess is a super sweet every time we've interacted she's always been so hospitable and patient
