I am a delivery driver who came to pick up an order. While the restaurant was empty with the exception of one person it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then after waiting for food and advising of order name person walked away for several minutes (give or take 5 -10 minutes) then came back and advised I would have a wait of 5-10 minutes which would not have been an issue had he said that from the start but I had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. To make matters worse it took longer than the 10 minute wait for the food to come out.

Wow.
This used to be my place to get a grand homemade Haitian meal. However, now those portions are smaller, with mostly fat and hair on meat smh 😮💨. And let’s not talk about how they raised their prices for lower quality smh.
Very disappointing. I will find another gem.

In the beginning when they first opened, the food was good and gave a lot of food but now it seems like you’re paying high for the food but less food now that’s my only issue with them now

Too little food for pricing, usually the meat goes on both sides and pikliz in a container. It tastes good but not the best for the buck. Wouldn’t try it again.

I give it a 4 star rating because I haven’t try their legume yet. Otherwise, as a picky Haitian who hardly eats out due to previous disappointment with other restaurants, I recommend this restaurant. By far they are number one in this town. I had the platter 😋😋😋😋
Usually my favorite spot but I ordered cabrit (goat) and wasn’t fresh tasted old rice was ok beans weren’t tender no menu with prices in sight menu prices on line not updated charged me 26.99 since when is a fried goat dinner that expensive.I believe the server is the owners son no good customer service skills sounded confused when taking my order over the phone waited an hour after arrival when he told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. Extremely Expensive make sure you ask how much before you order anything

Hands down the best Haitian food in town! I don’t know who the chef is, but please don’t ever change every meal is consistently fresh and delicious. Even my picky kids love it, which says a lot! The portions are generous, and the quality is always top-notch. Absolutely worth every penny.

This place is a hidden gem . The food was amazing. I’m so happy I’m ordered from here. 10/10
Top tier Haitian culture experience
Griot might have been the best I've had in my life. It was so good I couldn't even take a picture I ate it so quick... It was nice, tender and juicy... My sister who stop eating pork even had to taste it because it smelled so good...
Purchased a fritay platter for $34 with side of rice. The rice was not fully cooked. The chicken tasted like leftovers, and there's not enough chicken for $34 it use to be $29 . The owner not so welcoming . Wont be ordering from there again.
