From a manager to her staff are not friendly at all. They gave me a long face because I ask them to let me double check my order to make sure they give me the right pieces and the right quantity then the manager makes a remark to her staff that, "Every time she comes in, always brings problems." How can it be problems when I just want to double check my order?" None of them smile at all when the customers walk in. Where are their customer services??? ??

Went through the drive-thru tonight. Ordered 2 all dark meals. Both with a sticker that said all dark on box. Very disappointed when we got home and discovered it was all white. Service is usually pretty fast and mostly friendly. I guess someone just needs to learn white and dark meat. Kind of important when you sell chicken. The macaroni and cheese is usually my favorite thing, but tonight is was very separated and cheese was in a huge clump. Overall, not very happy with the food. Strawberry lemonade was perfect

Worse experience ever was on the drive through I ordered the shrimp tackle box I been to it’s not ready 30 minutes later a guy with a Dread walk out to my car and asked me what did I order? I said I ordered the shrimp box Then, 15 minutes later, I have to walk back inside and get my food. When I ask him for utensil, he threw it at the other cashier. I should’ve got my money back and didn’t take the food.
