Had delivery- spent $32 for a Hawaiin Pie, some Slices had no toppings, other slices had no toppings one slice had a bunch of pineapple and barely any ham, slices were big and small, waste of money wont go back

Last time I order here. Utter disappointment. The cheese pizza was undercooked and way too cheesy. It was a thick blob of cheese. Tasted horrible. Ate one slice and was so disappointed
I live in west palm beach . I've been working around this area where I found puppy's pizza. I can't seem to stop coming to eat here. They almost have anything u can think of. First thing I tried of course was the LG pep pizza. It did not disappoint, second thing I tried was the mini Stromboli that was very good. I'll be trying out their subs next . Best part that I like about coming here . Is the service, beautiful lady at the register. Asked If i was working outside and gave me a free water. Thank you soo much again for your service.
I totally agree the ordering experience at this place is getting to be UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. You all have been in business too long to be so unorganized, uncaring, want to blame the customers on incorrect orders. Can't hear you behind the window, often the cashier is RUDE and aggravated. Two months ago one of the cooks a MAN in the back was CURSING and screaming so loud, "stating he had had enough". I did not know if I should run, duck and hide or just leave my food. Was just there yesterday 8/27/24 and had my MOM and sister from California with me, the young girl behind the window, I had to say 3 times, I can't hear you. She wrote 3 small sub orders then she rewrote it for the cashier. I leave out of the 2 feet area and waited in my car for 5 minutes. Go back in to pick up my food and the order is all wrong. The cashier has a straight attitude (sighing, facial expression, turns around abruptly with my sandwich to add onions). Enough said and I drive for miles to get the subs mainly because they are extremely fresh and delicious, but I nor NO ONE deserves the way you all treat people. I've been experiencing this feeling t a LOT for a long while now even on the call in pick up your attitudes there STINK. I know I am just one person and my lil money/orders will not be missed or stop your show. But I can make a great sub as well with your shake and fresh veggies. You are NOT the only ones that can make great food. I think I am just about done visiting POPPY's. TRAINING REQUIRED ON HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS 101"
