I order delivery from here all the time at least 2 times a month and I’ve never been disappointed. Fresh food every time! Just received my delivery order and they did not have an item I requested but substituted it with another and wrote a nice note on the bag which it was just a sauce and they didn’t have to. Great customer service FRFR

Excellent food! The plaza is janky but dont let that fool you. This restaurant is very clean & the food is halal & made with love! The best Snappers in South Florida hands down. Kenya is an amazing hostess & the chef is remarkable. I highly recommend the fried okra, red snapper, and alitas with lemon pepper.

I ordered my food and payed with my debit card. I told the girl you gotta swipe the card cause it don’t have a chip she still tried to insert it like it was a chip then proceeded to swipe it twice. It charged my card twice I got the notifications on my phone. I had to ask her for a receipt. I showed her where she charged my card twice and she acted like I was lying and it clearly says two transactions were made for $32.50 at 9:21pm. She told me she was gone refund my the other $32.50 and I still haven’t got it yet.

I went to this location because it was closer to my job I usually go to a different one because some of the cashiers have attitudes. Soon as I walked in i was greeted by a young lady named Queen with a smile. She was so polite and nice I didn’t realized that I waited 15 mins for my food. She was helping out 3/4 at one time. She is very good with customer service. Food was fresh and btw.

I had call in advance to pick up and I ordered 4 plates of food..The person told me 15 mins to pick up..When I reach there..My food wasn't ready when is was around almost one hour and a half I had to wait..I had to pay for 5 food..They made a mistake with my order..I already pay for it and just leave..I love Snappers but the call in advance for food it's a joke at this place..
