Snappers Fish & Chicken

Excellent food! The plaza is janky but dont let that fool you. This restaurant is very clean & the food is halal & made with love! The best Snappers in South Florida hands down. Kenya is an amazing hostess & the chef is remarkable. I highly recommend the fried okra, red snapper, and alitas with lemon pepper.

I ordered my food and payed with my debit card. I told the girl you gotta swipe the card cause it don’t have a chip she still tried to insert it like it was a chip then proceeded to swipe it twice. It charged my card twice I got the notifications on my phone. I had to ask her for a receipt. I showed her where she charged my card twice and she acted like I was lying and it clearly says two transactions were made for $32.50 at 9:21pm. She told me she was gone refund my the other $32.50 and I still haven’t got it yet.

I went to this location because it was closer to my job I usually go to a different one because some of the cashiers have attitudes. Soon as I walked in i was greeted by a young lady named Queen with a smile. She was so polite and nice I didn’t realized that I waited 15 mins for my food. She was helping out 3/4 at one time. She is very good with customer service. Food was fresh and btw.

I had call in advance to pick up and I ordered 4 plates of food..The person told me 15 mins to pick up..When I reach there..My food wasn't ready when is was around almost one hour and a half I had to wait..I had to pay for 5 food..They made a mistake with my order..I already pay for it and just leave..I love Snappers but the call in advance for food it's a joke at this place..

Bought this expensive grouper and wings with a side of fried okra. The cashier said she can substitute fries with okra. I asked for the Conch sauce before I paid for the food. 4 people came after me and got their food before mine. Because the cashier saw my BRF, she said we waiting on your grouper. After waiting over 40 minutes, got my plate. Checked it before I left, no Conch sauce and NO FRIED okra. As if that wasn't bad enough, she took my food, rest it on the cook's counter open to the cold air. I had to ask her to close my food for me. Good God, why I have to tell you that. The grouper wasn't even all that. Ughhhh. The cashier was polite though.
