Made a complaint through corporate and received a prompt response. The issue is that I ordered a BLT and it literally had one strip of bacon on it. I order all the time and the manager replied and apologies but ignored my request to have another sandwich remade. I would not waste time here because if something goes wrong, you will be on your own and out of what you paid for.

This Subway is great! It’s always clean the staff is always in a good mood, smiling, and precise with my order. The food is fresh and stocked . I always come here. The guy that chefs up the sandwiches is awesome. My daughter loves subway as well. Family friendly.
Parking: There is plenty of parking. They are fast as well, the restaurant doesn’t make you wait long for your food.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves coming to this Subway. They are very welcoming and neat and patient . Plus of course she loves the food

don’t know why the reviews are so ass but this is my favorite subway spot. they open till 2am which isn’t like most subway places and the guy that’s always there always busses down on my sub order. it’s always tasty and the ppl there are always chill and nice!!!
Chris and Davonte were amazing at this location today. Their energy was great and they apologized for a 3 minute wait and took care of us from start to finish. They were taking over as new owners and I highly recommend going there and experiencing their service and smiles.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to but today was inexcusably disgusting because there was an elderly woman ordering the lunch special for 8.49if I’m not mistaken but they the every employee in the store told her the drink and chips were not included and tried to charge her an additional 3.99 to make it a combo she ended up ordering a foot long sub I go to the doctor twice a week in the lauderhill mall so usually go to that subway but they only take cash the soup is never ready an the old lady who and the gut are extremely rude they won’t give me the number to corporate and act like it’s not a big issue the need to be trained on customer service and the the prices. This is every time I go there I end up having to find something else to eat. But the way they treated the lady who was there was totally unacceptable they should lose their jobs because how don’t they know the daily special..

Order 3 tuna subs through Uber eats . I open the subs up litterly no tuna . I’m eating bread with veggies and mustard. I called to complain no answer. Place is a joke . Never again

My family members called and asked me to take them to this subway in Oakland Park. I was like, yes, I will. I drove to the drive-thru and asked if they took the coupon for three footlongs for $19.99. The person, who I assume is a guy, spoke very slowly as if he was waking from his slumber, and I disturbed him and said that they don't take the coupons. So i proceeded to ask the employee how much it was for three footlongs since they dont take the coupon. I kid you not. I waited over 10 minutes for a response. So I said excuse me, I would like two Philly cheesesteak footlongs. He then asked me what about the three footlongs. So I stated I asked you for the price of the three footlongs 10 minutes ago and have been waiting for the price. This employee then threatened me and said that I had better be careful what I said. The family member with me said they no longer wanted the food, and we drove off. If Subway hires these people, I doubt they will be in business too long. And I will never eat at a subway ever again my life.
