Wow Subway has changed. I was craving a soft bread sub. I haven't eaten here in about a year. They put my sandwich in the toaster without even asking me. Mayo on top of the veggies instead of on the bread to prevent the veggies from making it soggy. I guess it is back to Publix deli from now on. They didn't seem to care when I said I didn't ask for it toasted.

Honestly just came here to see what the hype was about and I have to say this place is a cute gem. I sat outside and it felt like a nice romantic date spot with all the twinkly lights. Our server was also very kind!

I arrived at 8:45 on 12/11 and the person who was closing had the door already locked and refused to let me in to order food. Now mind you, time said they closed at 9. Now its 15 minutes before close, and they refused to let me in and order. They would not even answer to the phone or come to the door to explain. Horrible location!

They have messed up my online order EVERY TIME I have gone here and a white guy with a Deadpool shirt insulted my husband , another guy wouldn't give me my sub till I "gave him my number" then after I made it clear I was married he gave it to me. Unreal, I don't know what I was thinking going back for the third time and still all three times being horrid experiences.

I went to this particular Subway on 10/23/2020 evening. There were 2 people helping customers. These 2 people didn’t have an idea of how to make a sandwich. In the name of sandwich they were preparing a worst food item, which can’t be given any name. I have been eating in subway restaurant from last 6 years. Sandwich that I had here is the worst one I had in my life.

This location at the Lauderhill Mall is the worst location I've been to the staff acted very rude. I'll never order there again and will make sure I tell everyone I know the racist attitude I encountered.

My kids love to get subs from there. They are always friendly, nice, and professional. The restaurant is always clean. If you want great customer service and a good sub just how you want it, you should definitely go there.
The reason I put a one star is because the girl that was making my subway today was very rude. She was on the phone and it seemed like her making the sandwich for me was a bother to her. She also didn’t greet me either. Overall just rude.
