I’ve been to this event space several times over several years and the quality has diminished severely. My event years ago went on flawlessly however I’ve recommended family members within the past 3 years and each event gradually became worst … food is always tasty ..but not having ice and central air during summer to me is a huge issue for all the guest and complaints fell on deaf ears no discussion on some sort of partial refund do to those issues.. again I only attended the event and was extremely embarrassed that I referred them to this business… only posting because I see that the reviews have not been recent and would like to give consumers a better view on what the event space is like in 2024… again 3 year ago or was great but each event I’ve attended in the last two years up to last month as been a downward decline in service and the aesthetic of the event space and amenities.

Waynston is a magician in the kitchen! The food was out-of-this world. Packed with flavor and meaty, just how you hope it would taste but somehow better. My favorite was the oxtail and shrimp pasta and rasta pasta. The j*** chicken and Escovitch fish was also very very nice. It's really hard to pick a ? Everyone at the event commented on his food and wanted his information. He was timely and professional from start to finish. Offered suggestions and described his cooking process. If you're thinking of choosing a different caterer, think again, seriously he is the real deal.

Overall food was good. My guests was pleased with the food but not the service. Servers didn't understand English much. I hired SW for my wedding and let's just say I was disappointed with the service. They fed the bridal party last and the head table where the groom and bride sit had no water. I had to wait 10 min for water. I don't think they can handle a large group. I had 185 guests and Waynston excuse was the space was too small to get to everyone. Being that he had already caterer there before he should have recommended Buffet style. Instead of taking on a job that he could not handle. Also, I hired them thinking it's a black owned business and would have black servers. I won't repeat what he said about hiring is own kind. I didn't want to have my wedding in Hialeah that's why I hired SW CATERING. If I knew he was going to have Spanish speaking people I would not have hired him!!
