Dutch Pot Restaurant - Lauderhill

Worst oxtail I have ever had. Hard, no taste. This place really fell off. No consistency food was horrible.Food went in the garbage no time to argue they don’t believe in customer service.25 dollars gone to waste. Does not taste like oxtail to the point that I questioned what type of meat they are serving.

If you want the taste of Jamaica right here in South Florida make sure you don’t miss the Dutch pot. It’s gotta be the best jerk chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life.

I ordered soup of the day beef and it wasn’t any food in it and 1 piece of beef with a lot of fat, for the price do better

Orderd a oxtail special with rice and peas ,a mini fried chicken with brown stew gravy and a slice of Baileys cheese cake. Asked for extra gravy on the oxtail and there was very little gravy and the two little pieces they gave me were flavorless. Asked for gravy on the chicken and rice and there was none on the chicken and very little on the rice. Then to top it off the gave me a pina coloda cheese cake instead. They tie your food up in the bag so you can't check it real quick and discover their mistakes. I will never go back to this location but the one on 441 in Lauderdale lakes is much better.

Hit fresh and ready

For the second time in a month I have received stale hard chicken over seasoned and old rice clumped together. I will not order it anymore. Why would they serve any food that is not fresh to a customer? I will be calling them to express my concerns and get a refund like I did with the previous order. I’m very disappointed with this Dutch pot in Lauderhill. If

I need my money back please. What is this gunk .. looks like a fetus in my drink? The drink was sour, not like lemonade but like spoiled. This is disgusting.

At this point they just need to close down all locations especially this one. Nasty food, poor customer service and long lines. Whats the sense of this establishment? Whats the sense of this food chain ?

Thursday - stew pork day.
What happened Dutch Pot? Today was a complete waste of my time and money. The meat tasted like it burned and quality control said send it out anyway. No. So disappointed. You guys have one more chance with me before I completely switch to another Jamaican restaurant.

I PURCHASED A LARGE FRY CHICKEN WITH OXTAIL GRAVY. LOTS AND LOTS OF RICE WITH SOME SHREDDED LETTUCE AND CARROTS, BUT FOR THE FRY CHICKEN!!!! IT WAS DEFINITELY A DAY OR 2 OLD AND THEN THEY RE-FRIED IT DRY AND DISGUSTING AS FOR THE GRAVY ABOUT 2 TBSP AND FOR $17+ VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED DUTCH POT. UNIVERSITY AND COMMERCIAL BLVD.

Always a great experience at this spot, but I especially want to highlight the drive-thru service. Crystal was so kind and welcoming—she really went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, even during a busy time. It’s refreshing to see that kind of warmth and genuine customer care. The restaurant was crowded. However, the service was mediocre. I ordered a mini which usually satisfied. This day, there was very little rice dished.

Some of the workers are nasty they don't wash hands they leave the cash register and go straight to share people's food germs at lease wash or hand sanitized your hands
