For some reason they can’t get even the simplest of order correct no matter how many times I go there and repeat my order they still give me what they feel like giving me. Plus they are way more slower these days . Standard has dropped tremendously

Unfortunately, this is a good restaurant that is ruined by awful customer service. The wait time inside is atrocious. There were 3 people in front of me and it took these Muppets 30 minutes to finally take my order. They proceeded to skimp on the portion size for both my large curry goat and brown stew chicken. Finally, they got around to making my oxtail, just to tell me that it will be an hour wait. Other Dutch Pots are much better managed with nicer employees.

This one star dosen't have anything to do with the food. The food is awsome. This one star is for operation department at Dutch Pot. I recently was given back change for a hundred dollar bill and one of the $20 bill was counterfeit (fake). I advised them that I didn't notice rite away cause my money was folded and hadn't got to that fake bill yet. Trusting them even when I got my change back. I know there are honest working people. And most of them are very nice people. As a company $20 is nothing to you. I'm a loyal and faithful customer that goes there more than ones a week. If you didn't want to give back cash I understand but you should at least accommodate a loyal customer and give me at least $20 credit. Which would be fine since I frequently go there. Operations just told me "they cant do nothing" "I can go ahead and report it" "sorry" WoW. I probably wont be going back . At least not for a while because just upset. Hope thihey change there mind and do the right thing. They have my number. I would gladly turn this sad situation and gladly give them what they deserve witch is more stars.. Thank you for reading

This is the second time this month I go from 9am to 9:30am and no akie and saltfish. Last time had to get callaloo with saltfish which was ok but I wanted akie. Today not even callaloo. So I had to go across the street to Goldenkrust. Guess what. Fresh pot of akie. Plenty for about 1 to 2 hours more to sell. And to top it off they also had hominycorn parige. I love that. So what you plan to do Dutchpot? Laking on the akie. Are you willing to loose customers to Goldenkrust? You might be able to loose 5 or 10 customers. But what happeneds when they start cutting hours and shifts due to less money coming into the business. Then you'll start worring? Don't let it get to that. I love your food but will go somewhere else if not satisfied. No matter how it taste. Please Dutchpot, step up your game . Stop lacking food. ?????????????????????

My favorite, favorite place to get my Jamaican food in Broward County. The location at Commercial Blvd and University Dr is the best, in my opinion.
