First time at this location. Alyssa (sp) who took our order could not have been any nicer. I made separate orders to use points and she took her time, read every order back perfectly and even came to our table to see how we were doing. A couple of hiccups getting our order from the kitchen but she promptly took care of everything. Again the sevice was great.

I hate to give a bad review…. So I’ll start with the good: The flavor of the Steak Burrito was fantastic! It was very yummy! But: We waited 25 min for 3 regular Burritos. That’s a long time when you’re hungry. Also, I do expect my burrito to be filled like in the advertisement. I included a picture. There was a decent amount of steak in there, but almost no rice. The lady working there was very friendly.

Order a pick up online about an hour in advance rice was undercooked with the wrong rice, burrito was not grilled, jam packed with onions, horrible cook. Burrito was disgusting & very unpleasant. Never experienced this before. Always check your food before leaving.

This was a great Tijuana Flats experience, whoever it was that was there I could tell that they were just starting and they were amazing with customer service understood they're still learning the system a little bit, but she was amazing with her customer service wow I was blown away. And the food here was great for a Tijuana Flats I thoroughly enjoyed all of it the taco was well stuffed and so was I afterwards. 10/10 will be coming back again.

For whatever reason, the meat seemed real seasoned. The chips tasted old. The cheese was so thick it was unpleasant. I just ate most of it. The chips, I asked if there were more or fresher ones and I was told they would have to make a fresh batch. Maybe the oil they cook it in is old. I don't know. I just never smelled them like that before.
Pack this place up. The worst Mexican food I ever encountered. Even the bottled Coronas was garbage. Pack them up.

Service by Alice was outstanding, she was very attentive and kind. The food was “ok” the taco shell for the salad was not good at all it was stale and had a “old” taste. The chips were good but should come with a side of dipping at no charge the charging of a small side does not make sense. Overall the service made the experience but the food did not.

Don’t waste your money! It’s an overpriced taco place with lack luster food! I ordered online and still had to wait 10 mins to wait for my order, although I got there 5 mins after it was expected to be ready. The Horchata drink was disgusting! It tasted like a cup of cold foam. Go to Talkin Tacos instead they even have delicious Pumpkin Horchata.
