When you order food from places like this, you hope they are giving fresh ingredients not something that's been sitting in the fridge for 2 days! And to add insult to injury this product should have been heavily discounted or thrown away! What do you expect from the teenage store manager?!
Also do not perform online ordering through them!!!

Horrible experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the restaurant didn’t even have the food I ordered. Instead of canceling the order on their end, they told me I had to cancel it myself just so they could still get paid. I was charged for an order that was never made or delivered and had to go through the hassle of disputing it. Even the driver confirmed that the restaurant refused to cancel, saying they “don’t have the capability,” but Uber support told me directly that they absolutely do. Completely unacceptable experience.

I ordered a detox smoothie and all I taste is full on ginger and an overall exaggerated amount of ginger, customer service Is welcoming my drink was just not as I expected.

Lauderhill TSC is the worst place to ever go! The manager clearly hates her job and cares nothing about it. Her team makes smoothies with no gloves, hairnets, or aprons in filthy uniforms. They made me the grossest smoothie I ever had and refused to refund me. They begged me to make a complaint so here it is!

Second day in a row that I’ve placed an online order and the opener isn’t. Yesterday it was the assistant manager(young black male) who was supposed to open and the second person is just sitting outside waiting with customers who placed an online order. Today, same thing….the second worker just sitting outside with customers.
What’s really funny is that when the assistant manager showed up, he didn’t speak, didn’t apologize, and did not look put together at all. He clearly just rolled out of bed. I know for sure a lot of work went into this location to get it up to par, but this is unacceptable…especially two days in a row.
On another note, when I did receive my smoothie yesterday, after waiting 35 minutes for someone to show up to open the door, it was flavorless and watery.

As I’m typing this, the second worker is walking back up with the same assistant manager from yesterday and you can clearly see that level of anger on her face. It’s clear she had to walk to his residence to get the key because he’s walking with her in his pajamas and he clearly just rolled out of bed AGAIN!

The guy with the glasses is really rude , sorry owner but will lose your business having nasty people that are not happy …
