I ordered a detox smoothie and all I taste is full on ginger and an overall exaggerated amount of ginger, customer service Is welcoming my drink was just not as I expected.

Lauderhill TSC is the worst place to ever go! The manager clearly hates her job and cares nothing about it. Her team makes smoothies with no gloves, hairnets, or aprons in filthy uniforms. They made me the grossest smoothie I ever had and refused to refund me. They begged me to make a complaint so here it is!

Second day in a row that I’ve placed an online order and the opener isn’t. Yesterday it was the assistant manager(young black male) who was supposed to open and the second person is just sitting outside waiting with customers who placed an online order. Today, same thing….the second worker just sitting outside with customers.
What’s really funny is that when the assistant manager showed up, he didn’t speak, didn’t apologize, and did not look put together at all. He clearly just rolled out of bed. I know for sure a lot of work went into this location to get it up to par, but this is unacceptable…especially two days in a row.
On another note, when I did receive my smoothie yesterday, after waiting 35 minutes for someone to show up to open the door, it was flavorless and watery.

As I’m typing this, the second worker is walking back up with the same assistant manager from yesterday and you can clearly see that level of anger on her face. It’s clear she had to walk to his residence to get the key because he’s walking with her in his pajamas and he clearly just rolled out of bed AGAIN!

I was greeted by an amazing young lady with the most infectious energy, everyone working there had a great attitude and were very friendly. The establishment was also very clean.

The guy with the glasses is really rude , sorry owner but will lose your business having nasty people that are not happy …

I placed an order for a delivery. I ordered three items received one item which was essentially garbage I called this location and the representative literally tells me there's nothing they can do after letting me know that the other person in the store forgot to give my entire order to the pickup person. How are you in the wrong and telling a customer that there's nothing that you can do. She also states that she cannot issue a refund. This location is typically filled with poor customer service people and now I need to figure out how to get my money back when the app clearly says to call the location for delivery issues.

Walked in today, walked right out. The smell was disgusting, smelled like vomit, the garbage at the door was over flowing and hit me with such a repulse odor, I could not ignore. I had to exit immediately and drive to Smoothie King. Cleanliness is a must in any establishment, especially when you’re catering foods.

It’s been a few months since I’ve been to tropical smoothie and the moment I walked in the manager Marc and staff were so friendly and welcoming!! I went in to get a smoothie and they got my order done quickly without any issues. The store was also super clean which is always a plus!! To my chocolate lovers out there, I recommend getting the Mocha Madness!!! It was the perfect combination of chocolate & coffee, super yummy!!! So happy I found an amazing location!!! :D
