I placed an order on the mobile app. Paid $41.86 in full. My order never came. I called the store, spoke to a manager. She said she’d refund me. She never did. I texted her to please send my food or refund me. She never responded.

Horrible first time experience. The food wasn't properly cooked it was cold, this is a newly opened location on Flamingo. The cashier didn't know how to properly ring up my order I was paying with to forms of payments they end up comping my order and I'm so glad because the food was horrible. I would have been very upset to have paid and not enjoyed

There is a larger man with glasses that I think is the manager. He was ignorant and rude to not only me but his employees. He yelled at his employees asking the dates on product in-front of customers waiting for food. Interrupted me when I was trying to give my order and looked absolutely miserable to be working.

Wrong address on their website. I had to call to confirm after getting lost.
We got the 24.99$ special that includes 25 boneless wings (we chose plain, garlic parm and lemon pepper), 2 drinks, 5 pieces of corn and a large seasoned fries.
The wings were salty AF!!! Not sure if it's supposed to be like that since it's our first time getting food from there.

My husband and I stopped by a little after 10pm, it was crowded and the customers service was intense. The wings were not marinated in the sauce and the fries were not enough with the meal for two. They definitely seemed like they were rushing out incomplete orders. We’re from out of town so of course we’ll go a day they just doing the least as expected.
